Fox Cottage is a little gem in South Devon. Beautifully refurbished, the 18th century thatched building is ideal for a relaxing break or for a longer stay. The Farm has rare-breed sheep, goats and chickens as well as heritage cider orchards and a 17th Century Cider House. From time-to-time produce can be bought during your stay. Tucketts is a peaceful regenerative farm and a wildlife haven. It's just a short walk over fields or through woodland to the Farm's shingle beach on the Teign estuary.

The Annex at Waterfield House in South Devon

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

Set at the end of a quiet lane, this 'chocolate box' cottage is situated in the rolling hills of South Devon, 1 mile from the River Teign, 3.5 miles from the coast and 7 miles from Dartmoor. Dating from 1672, the cottage has recently been renovated and offers a great base for bird-watching, hiking, cycling, kayaking, water skiing, playing golf or just relaxing. We are pleased to offer a 10% discount for current Blue Light card for any stay that takes place during Feb/Nov or Dec 2026.
