Beautifully presented, clean & quirky entire house, close to the cultural centre of St Albans, and countryside (Heartwood forest only a 30min walk away). Very private, with a closed off garden, allocated parking and everything you will need inside to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Kitchen with filtered water (Water2), spray tap and garbage disposal. My home's been lovingly renovated by myself, and I'm happy to make it available for respectful guests. Flat includes large living area with kitchen & dining table, bathroom & bedroom with UK kingsize bed Free parking available in an allocated space in private car park 2 minutes away from the flat. PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

The Stables

Located in a quiet area, enjoy the cosy and peaceful surroundings of this 2 bedroom stables conversion with high speed internet (fibre). Minutes walk to Stanborough Lakes and within easy commute to local attractions and frequent trains to Central London. The Stables has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people (sofabed in living area). A baby cot can be provided if requested in advance. We have a small EV charger available at additional costs.

Detached chalet luxuriously appointed with smart TV with Netflix .silent ,good sized fridge, kettle ,toaster microwave,iron and board) comfortable king size bed with large bedside tables with plenty of clothes storage, and hanging space.there is a small table with chairs stored under the bed,so can be used for meals or a work space.we have a newly refurbished bathroom,with massive walk in shower..there is outdoor table and chairs to enjoy the afternoon sunshine.

Lovely Studio Apartment near Harry Potter Tour

This fabulous studio is within easy access to the M25 and M1 (both only a few miles away) and is less than a mile away from the mainline station in Kings Langley. It is an ideal location for visitors to the Harry Potter studios in Leavesden (approx 8 minutes by car). It can accommodate two people in a Superking bed making it ideal for couples, (not suitable for toddlers or very young children).

Annex

A peaceful and tranquil location with exceptional transport links into central London and surrounding areas. South Mimms, M25 junction 23 and A1, 5 minutes drive. Northern line underground station, (High Barnet) 1 mile away. Bus terminal at Barnet General Hospital is a three minute stroll. The annex comes with one private parking space and has its own entrance at the side of the main house.
