Set behind the main house on a 3 acre property, enjoy rocking on the patio overlooking the saltwater pool, trees and gardens, or enjoy an evening under the stars by the fire pit. Located just around the corner from shops, restaurants and 1-20 on exit 190, close to the Augusta National and Fort Eisenhower. You can't beat this location or the property!

Summerville Cottage A

Enjoy a comfortable stay at this fully furnished Summerville cottage centrally located close to Augusta University, the medical district, North Augusta, and the Augusta National Golf Course. This upstairs unit offers 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a washer and dryer. There is also a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, and cooktop. Outside you will find one dedicated parking space as well as street parking and a shared patio area with a fire pit.

An unassuming cozy guest cottage. The space is comfortable 300 sqft and has all the essentials to make you feel at home. The cottage shares the same property with the main house. It has a full size bed with memory foam mattress. A full kitchen for those who would rather cook there own meals. A stocked coffee and wine bar. And a firepit sitting area just steps from the front door. There is also a full bathroom with a large ceramic tile shower with a bench seat.

Backyard Poolside Cottage

This cozy backyard cottage is just minutes away from the Augusta National golf, I-20, and other area attractions. The main room is 18x13 with a snug yet functional bathroom (Think RV sized) and a huge walk in closet. Celebrate outdoor living with the deck, and comfortable outdoor chairs providing the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the weather. I want you to feel welcome and at home and if you need anything during your stay please feel free to ask.

Quiet country place only 15 minutes from Augusta

Enjoy the peacefulness of the county close to town. The apartment has an equestrian style and is a comfortable hideaway. You can relax and see the stars or cookout on the covered front area. It is a tranquil getaway. If you need a stall for your horse, ask me about those fees. Also note there is limited cellphone coverage because you are at the back of the property so you will need to use the WiFi for calls or internet. No pets and no childern.

Welcome to this thoughtfully remodeled cottage that lives in a reserved fenced back lot. While this adorable and utilitarian guess house is perfect for day to day living, it's location make it easy for you to get around. You are only: 5 mins to Masters 10 mins to historic downtown Augusta 15 mins to Savannah river 1 min to the DNL regional airport (Perfect place for small planes spotters) Perfect place for small planes spotters.

This cottage is close to the Augusta National Golf Course, Fort Gordon, Clarks Hill Lake, Patriots Park and several local hospitals. Fairly private with plenty of parking. Cottage is also handicap accessible with step free access to the entrance, bedrooms and the bathroom including the shower.
