We really enjoyed our time here. They had everything we could have needed and more. So many little details that made it an awesome place to stay. We love the backyard where we played bags, enjoyed a small Easter egg hunt, and conversations around the fire. The porch was a cozy place to relax and there was plenty of space for everyone in the house. It was a perfect place for us to visit with family and unwind after our time celebrating the graduation of our newest family soldier. We recommend this place to anyone coming to the area.

Our stay was really great! Our family truly enjoyed the home and loved that we could walk to a couple of playgrounds and a great local brewery. We would definitely stay here again 😃

We enjoyed the house. The location was definitely in the country so the corner store wasn't exactly on the corner but it was only 5 to 10 mins away. The peace and quiet was great! It took a min to drive into town but there were several shopping centers and food places within 15 mins drive! The owners are great people! Can't wait to go again!

Amos’s place was perfect for our little family and had everything that we needed. It was also very clean and there was very many things to keep you occupied- which was very nice. I also love the swinging chair in the living room! Perfect location, perfect host & perfect house! We will be back.

We found Luis’s place very last minute and thank goodness we did! This place had a much better location and the neighborhood was very peaceful and felt much safer than another place we had looked at. We were able to stay here with our dog and the fenced backyard was great, along with fire pit and string lights on a timer - brilliant! This is an old home with so much character, it’s so worth the stay to see all he’s done with it. The bay window in the kitchen was my favorite sitting spot. Master bedroom was lovely. Bathrooms just what you need. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks for saving our trip!

The house fit our stay and our needs very well. The house was clean and had the room we needed for six of us. The house was centrally, located to restaurants, grocery shopping, drugstore, and Fort Jackson. Also, was only 15 minutes from five points, which is definitely a must visit for shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend using this property versus trying to stay on campus at Fort Jackson. Thanks again.

We stayed her for about 6 weeks as a transition space as our family moved to Lexington from Los Angeles. This was a very comfortable spot to stay for our family, and the hosts were kind, helpful, and responsive!

Great place to stay! Very spacious and clean! We were visiting for my brothers family day and graduation @ Fort Jackson! Location was about 10min away from base. The only thing I can complain about was the shower linen was dirty, but other than that 10/10!

Let me start by saying this is my FIRST AirBNB experience. I went down to check out a few homes for sale and needed a place close by. My original hotel was not ok and I reached out to Kamilah for a possible check in the same day. She was so friendly, kind, and responsive! We ended up booking right away (me, my kids, and our dog). It was a bit confusing for me checking in because I never had to use a keypad before, but the host was quick to respond and explained it to me. After that, we realized how amazing this place was! It’s a wonderful location. Anything you need is within a block. Food, gas, grocery, etc. There’s a huge shopping plaza a few minutes away. I needed access to the highways quite a bit, and this place was minutes from the highways, too. It was very kid and dog friendly! Residents were very kind, too. Amenities, like the pool and playground, were a huge hit with my family! We absolutely LOVED our stay! We thank Kamilah so much for the last minute booking! It was amazing!

Joel and Giovi were exceptional hosts! Both very helpful and kind! During my stay I even learned to drive stick, and shoot a firearm! They are both military and very disciplined and responsible regarding that and in their daily lives. The unit was perfect for my parents and pets while I was evacuating. Very high ceilings. Quality hard tile floors. Classic entertainment systems. Pool table. Swimming pool. The privacy and security with a brick wall and gate helped put my parents at ease in their first Airbnb. My father now talks about renovating our house!

The host was very responsive all hours of the day. The place was clean and well decorated in a quiet neighborhood.

Absolute loved this place and the host! Courtney was so nice and accommodating. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The area was so nice. When I say beautiful and comfortable I mean just that. Home away from home and I mean that. I travel for work so feeling at home is big to me. Stephanie was great and I would love to stay at her homes in every state if I could. Thanks for the stay and for being a great host.

We really enjoyed our short stay at Pear Tree Farm. The pictures don't do it justice. The house is beautiful inside and out. The master suite is amazing. Biggest shower I've ever stepped foot in. The den on the back of the house was also great, big built in shelves on one wall and full windows on the other looking out to the big back porch and pool. Also really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, was fully stocked with everything I needed. I truly felt at home. Will definitely be back.

Great place!!! Exactly as advertised. Good location. We were close to everything. Would definitely stay again!! Our kids loved it too!

This was a perfect place for my family. The bathroom was a little small but it was very clean and served its purpose. I liked the fact that there were plenty of supplies on hand and coffee!!!! We enjoyed our stay and would book again if we return to the area. It was so easy getting back and forth to the base where our son was stationed. I felt safe there also. Would not recommend for elderly though because of the uneven stepping stones. I was wearing a boot cast and it was tricky keeping my balance. The front porch was so nice. I sat there and relaxed in one of the rocking chairs after a long tiring day.

Patricia was incredibly kind and accommodating to my needs. She even offered to watch my dog while I attended a ceremony. The home is surrounded by tall, beautiful trees, making it a peaceful place to walk and relax.

Everything was great! Very clean and close to a good coffee shop and grocery store. Host was proactive and helpful.

I personally was not able to attend my reservation due to other travel issues that prevented me from attending. I notified Rob that we would not make it (we were just spending one night to attend a wedding in the area), but that the other couple who were staying with us would still be there. Rob accommodated them, even without an AirB&B profile, so that was great.

Great spot for a short stay in Columbia. Private fenced in yard was perfect for our pup to run around for a bit. On a caldesac, very safe & private. Stayed here while in town for a friends wedding, the hot water was great in the shower which can be an issue for some RV stays (I’ve stayed in a few now) I am also a 6’5 240lb man so if you’re my size, just prepared & aware that you’re in an RV! I’ll say it again, it’s an R. V. It’s going to be small & the shower might be too small (I’m huge so it was LoL) outside of that couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Felt like it was my own property, absolutely stay here, just be prepared if you’re a large man like me :)

What a very enjoyable stay. We needed a place last minute to evacuate our home in FL for a hurricane. Janice and Nathan responded immediately and had the place ready for us when we arrived. It was perfect for what we needed and our two dogs loved it with the fenced in yard. If you have pets and want to get away….this is the spot!!! Place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the back porch is amazing and when you walk down to the water it takes all your stresses away. We will certainly be back!

Our family with our two dogs had a very relaxing week at the house. We enjoyed being on the water with the dock. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Fenced in large back yard was great for the dogs. House was also great. Very spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend staying at the house!
