Situato in una piccola via ad accesso pedonale, gode perciò di una calma e di una tranquillità uniche, pur mantenendo la vicinanza alla città e al lago, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. A pochi minuti a piedi la funicolare Como-Brunate, i ristoranti sul lago, il lido di Viale Geno e il centro città. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. L La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista sulla città e sul lago.
