Renovated, rich w/amenities, & centrally located blocks from several Iconic shopping & eating corridors: Eastown, Fulton Heights, & 1.5 miles to Downtown. I love the open floor plan, clean design, tall ceilings, cozy bedroom, & front yard. All the comforts of home w/a fully stocked kitchen & hotel-like amenities. Mathias Alten, the world-known GR painter, built the "honeymoon cottage" for his daughters. Pets allowed.

The Spring Lake Studio rental is a cozy welcoming space designed to provide comfort and convenience to your Lakeshore stay! A “studio” is an apartment consisting of a single large room serving as bedroom, living room, and kitchenette with a private bathroom and entrance. Great for couples, solo travelers, or small families. Trundle beds make it easy to sleep up to 4 guests. Easy access to the highway, bike trail, and all city ammenities. Grand Haven beach is less than 4 miles away.
