Set on 12 acres this secluded little house is the perfect get-a-way place to enjoy some down time. Close to fishing at Lake Conroe this cottage serves also as a central point to enjoy some of the local wineries, visit historic downtown Montgomery, explore the Sam Houston National Forest or spend time at the Texas Renaissance Festival which is only 20 minutes away. The physical address and entrance road name has changed several times in the past few years so the GPS address may not work.

There is NO washer and dryer. This is property is NOT handicap accessible. The entry to main living area is accessed by exterior stairs. There is a spiral staircase to access loft.

The cottage features a covered deck, 3 bedrooms, fast WIFI, smart TV's, BBQ grill, and fishing rods if you would like to fish from the deck. The interior amenities have a cozy~modern design as we also use this home as a getaway for our family.

Welcome to my loft this home is right in Tomball and filled with small town charm. This home is a charming loft in a great location. The Tomball shops are just a small walk away. Enjoy your stay here and take part in some small-town charm, this town has much to offer on the weekends. Enjoy your stay walking around the shops (antiques, clothing, and great food), also spend your time at the farmers market or at the lovely Tomball depot.
