Your own private pool in a newly renovated villa with full kitchen, living area + outdoor alfresco with Weber BBQ. We live in the main house on the property but the space is private and we are usually away when we rent out the Airbnb. Walking distance from shops, cafes and restaurants and if your into riding bikes there are kms of path at your doorstep.

Our 2 bedroom guest house with views onto the pool and hinterland views is ideally located. Enjoy a short 300m stroll to Peregian Village for eclectic shops and cafes or the patrolled beach and park. The local IGA is open everyday just opposite the village. The kitchenette has all you need for simple meals, hot plate, kettle, toaster, microwave. Enjoy easy access to the pool. Nearby are the beaches and restaurants of Noosa/Coolum or the surrounding hinterland townships.

Full time Tenants /co hosts live upstairs in the original beach house are beautiful people very respectful of valued guests However as with any unit you may hear their footsteps above. 1.2km easy (walk, ride, drive) on path to beach access, 1.7km to the center of Coolum. Bus stop 50m or courtesy bus's to Clubs.

Peregian Sunsets

Completely separate with private entrance. Studio with the most beautiful view of the National Park stretching for miles to the horizon from just over the fence. Private Courtyard and deck to watch the sunsets. 8 minute walk to the beach and close to Peregian Village. Birds and other wildlife are abundant. At night it is very quiet with all of the stars visible in the huge sky. There is a microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. Fully airconditioned.

This studio is an open plan, industrial style guest house situated in front of the property as a separate dwelling with its own private entry. Tropical surrounds create a lovely ambiance & our beach is within walking distance. Peregian Beach village is 4 min drive to cafes, boutique shops & patrolled surf beach. Noosa 10 mins. Bus stop within walking distance.

BOAT SHED- cute cottage easy walk to beach & shops

Escape the hustle at The Boat Shed, centrally located in the heart of Coolum Beach. Leave your car parked and take an easy stroll or a short ride to the beach, local cafés and shops. The cottage is a completely separate, stand-alone original beach shack. This 70s original shack has been converted into a tiny home with new and recycled materials to ensure you feel all the beach vibes and have a comfy stay.

Watch the sunset from the deck every night! 15 minutes drive to Coolum Beach and 5 minutes drive to Yandina. 10 minute drive to Mt Ninderry summit walk. There are two friendly cats at the property who will surely come to say hello. Note there is no public transport around this area.
