Scandinavian Simplicity Byron Bay

Rarely is our studio available as it is a much loved little haven for our many return guests. It's a chilled little space with a Scandinavian vibe. Beautiful high quality linens, simple interiors and thoughtful touches make it a perfect base for your Byron escape. We are travellers ourselves and know what we value most when travelling is somewhere stylish, small and close to the action but not noisy. We want you to feel and experience what it is to live like a local. In contrast to this studio is our new Salon de La Sirène. Both are lovingly made havens for our guests. Pieces of us to share. It would be our pleasure to welcome you to our lovely space in Byron Bay. We are situated in a quiet leafy part of the Bay. Our hotel style studio room is stylish and comfortable and everything is brand new. Perfect for a couple or a single guest to enjoy. We are very keen travellers ourselves and always planning a trip to some great place. We hate hotels and accommodation with no heart, so it has been a pleasure to create this little studio in our home with the express purpose of welcoming fellow travellers to our beautiful part of the world. We believe that our studio is lovely and comfortable and it has been carefully and thoughtfully planned with travellers in mind. We look forward to having you to stay! Earlier check in and late check out can be arranged for certain days - just ask. Guests with vehicles can park their cars on the street or in the off street parking area (if space available). Town is a 2 minute drive or a 15 minute walk. Buses are available nearby and taxis are very reasonably priced. Just to stress that this gorgeous studio of ours is attached to our family home. You may hear us from time to time going about our daily lives. No more so than you would in any apartment, as the walls are very well built and insulated, but keep this in mind. Please don't expect to get the entire two storey house to yourselves - it is just the studio that is for rent. If you stay with us then know that you are helping us to pay for the many, many ballet lessons and pointe shoes for our daughter who dreams of dancing in Paris one day. Your money will be very well spent by us! Our place is thoughtfully put together. I make conscious decisions about using really gentle cleaning products, steering clear of chemicals and keeping things green + clean. I use "Thank You" personal care products as I like their ethos. I tend to the garden to make it a special space for my guests. We enjoy hosting. Airbnb guests enrich our lives and we will always work hard to make things lovely for you. The studio is attached to, but separate from our house. You have your own entrance and your own private outdoor area. We provide the basics for your little kitchenette, e.g. fridge, coffee + tea. You could prepare some breakfast or light meals but most guests choose to go to the nearby Roadhouse Cafe or cruise into town for more gourmet options. The bedroom itself has top quality linens, queen size mattress, fluffy bath towels and gorgeous fluffy bath robes and of course, fresh flowers. The bathroom is spacious with a separate toilet. The garden terrace area is lovely as it gives you extra space to relax. If you need to keep track of the world beyond then there is TV and Wifi. As you will see, you are to be independent of us as you have your own entrance etc. We like to give guests their privacy. As we travel a lot too we value our own space so this is definitely not B&B style accommodation. Most people who come to Byron are keen to get out and explore, so you won't be needing us I'm sure of it but of course we are nearby if required. It's a quiet, leafy area, yet so close to everything. A koala has even been known to visit the tree outside the studio. The Roadhouse Cafe is a stone's throw away, there's a yoga studio nearby, and the local beach is within around 15 minutes' walk. There is a bus stop close to our house and taxis and it is an easy walk into town too. Perfect for bikes too. And as mentioned we have two bikes for our guests to use. Ocean View Guest Suite in Hillside Escape

Situated on top of Hoop pine Lane Hill 1.5 km from the peaceful beaches of Suffolk Park. Our Studio is attached to the main house with views of the Byron Bay light house and Tallow beach. Set opposite a nature reserve, wake up to the sounds of native birds and wildlife. The Studio is fully self contained with a spacious living area and kitchenette, with a coffee machine, microwave, oven, fridge, toaster and kettle, and dual air-con/heating system. Our dreamy cane chair library space is full of wonderful reads about Byron Bay and Beyond, our local indigenous history, surfing, and guides of where to eat and what to do. The master suite has a luxurious hand crafted wooden king bed, with a large walk in robe next to the bathroom, with ironing facilities and clothes horse. Our studio is ideal for a romantic Byron Bay getaway or a family with a young child. For the golf enthusiasts, the beautiful Byron Bay Golf Course is only a 5 min walk down the hill. *An adorable and very friendly chocolate labrador called Mae lives on site, and loves to visit and cuddle with guests. Guest have access to their own off street car park in front of the garden bed on our property, and private entry to the Studio is via the paved pathway to the right of the house. Free high speed wifi. We respect the privacy and choices of our guests whilst on holiday, yet we are available 24/7 via mobile to help with any enquires. Suffolk Park is on the southern outskirts of Byron Bay, New South Whales overlooking the stunning Tallow Beach stretch to Broken Head National Park. It is 30-minute drive of the airport and 5 minutes from the bustling Suffolk Park community shops. Depending on the kind of holiday you are seeking, it is advisable to hire or have access to a car, for the convenience and accessibility to explore the area. To get to the Studio, it is 45min drive south from the Goldcoast, or 25min drive north from Ballina/Byron Gateway Airport. As mentioned the studio is situated on top of a hill, down hill stroll is always fun yet on return... Your booty will get a solid workout. Within 5 min drive to the bustling Suffolk Park community and beach access. Or 15-20min walk. There is access to the local bus routes. We truly love this space and hope you get as much pleasure, relaxation and enjoyment from it as we did creating it.

'Blackwood' Tiny Home in Byron Hinterland

Blackwood is a luxurious and spacious two-bedroom black charred timber tiny home situated on over 50acres of farmland with horses and grazing cattle, nestled in the hinterland of Byron Bay. Set in an idyllic location with Bangalow only a five minute drive and the picturesque beaches of Byron Bay, Lennox Head and Ballina only ten minutes away. A short stroll will take you to the historic Newrybar village with shops to browse, enjoy a coffee or dine at the renowned Harvest Restaurant and Deli.

Tallows Beach Studio, dog friendly, modern, quiet!

A recently built beautiful peaceful oasis, 2 minutes until your feet are in the sands of Tallow beach. Relax on the timber deck, which has an outdoor shower, BBQ, and outdoor seating . Inside the studio has Tasmanian oak floors, a super comfortable king-sized bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, modern bathroom, and good-sized kitchen. Koala queen sofa bed is also available. It's perfectly suited for a couple, small family or solo travellers. Furry family members are also welcome.

Brandon Beachside Bungalow

Our property has an exceptional location, less than two minutes walk toTallow Beach. Set on a corner block in a quiet residential street, it is an ideal retreat from bustling Byron.The village of Suffolk Park, 5 minutes walk away, supplies almost everything you need. We have plenty of beach gear for interstate and international guests: beach towels, shade tents, sand chairs, rugs, yoga mats etc. A desk chair and laptop table is available if required. Studio apartment with leafy outlook, set in a peaceful residential part of town. Set at the back of the block and away from the street. It is fully equiped and self-contained. The kitchenette has an oven, cooktop, fridge and all crockery and utensils that you will need. There is also a two person dining area, lounge area and Queen bed. It also has a seperate bathroom with bath and private patio. 10-15 mins walk to beach and town. Top shop cafe is 2 mins walk away.
