Studio apartment with a great view of Brisbane City. There is a stove, crockery and cutlery. There is access to a gym with treadmill, cross trainer, weights, rower and a bike. Only 2 minutes from the train station (5 stations to the CBD) and bus stop. Very close to local restaurants, a small supermarket, and many cafes. Major supermarkets are one suburb away in either direction (both accessible by train). UQ is 10 minutes away. If you play golf I can arrange a round at Indooroopilly Golf Club.

My home was built in 1952 and is within walking distance of cafes, trains, and buses. Come and relax in your own cozy haven while enjoying the convenience of being close to everything you need.

Modern Eco Tiny House

This beautiful eco tiny house is a modern version of the traditional Australian shed. It is built entirely by hand, complete with restored furniture & bamboo floors. Surrounded by greenery, it is split-level, with a mezzanine bedroom, small modern kitchen & bathroom. Its private but not totally secluded as you will sometimes see one of us walk past. NB: Brisbane can be hot & humid from November to March. There is a fan but no air conditioning, so this may be a consideration for some guests.

A modern space located 10 minutes walk from Oxley Train Station & the Bus stops right outside the door. A stroll from Oxley's cafes & supermarket precinct. A separate compact Granny Flat with own side gate entrance & dedicated parking spot. All the conveniences you will need for your stay , a small kitchenette with a plug in cook top & an Air Fryer is provided for your convenience. (no oven available). If visiting patients at the Canossa Hospital we are directly opposite (1 minute walk)

Quirky location. Boho industrial close to city. Once a cafe, now a single apartment with 1 Queen bed, wardrobe, sofas, lounges, dining, kitchenette, dishwasher, fridge, bar, piano, air-cons, heater. Large deck with lounges, dining table. Private garden. Toilet, shower, shampoo etc, linen supplied. Coffee, tea, milk, snacks. WiFi. Secure location, 24/7 access, CCTV, private entry. No children, No pets. Co-located businesses but Studio is private & separate, in a garden world of its own.

Studio apartment in the heart of Graceville

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.

My place is close to public transport and family-friendly activities, shopping centres and Pub at the top of the Road. Many Restaurants in this suburb and surrounds. You’ll love my place because of the ambience, the location, and the outdoors space. All species of birds visit and you can see kangaroos on any day. My place is good for couples or a family of four. This is a very quiet street, great for writing, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
