You will be sharing.! ! ! Last shower 9pm. First shower 7.30am This helps to keep noise down. Breakfast 8- 9am Each suitable for two person only. 1 minute from Charles Fort. 3 km from town 7 minutes to Kinsale. by 🚗 car 30 minute walk. Don't complain about location. It's on a one-lane road in the Black Valley, ideal for hiking and bike riding in a peaceful, quiet, secluded location. It can be reached from Moll's Gap (3km), 17km from the Gap of Dunloe, 25km from Carrauntoohil, and 13km from Kenmare, the nearest town, where you'll find pubs and restaurants. It also adjoins Killarney Park and The Ring of Kerry. Breakfast includes a selection of homemade scones or bread, and other delights in a lovely conservatory with a stunning view of the Black Valley.

This bedroom includes a Queen size double bed and more as shown in the photographs. The Bathroom (with bath and shower) near the Bedroom is shared between the two guest rooms. A generous self-service breakfast in the large Dining Room is included. An extra bed can be added to the room for a third guest if needed. The house is child friendly and with a crib/cot if needed for an infant. There are private parking spaces (with an EV charger) and bus stops are within a short walking distance.
