Isla Villa Beach House - Shoal Bay

Wreck Beach is a short stroll from the backyard of the property. Mt Tomaree as well as Zenith and Box Beach can also be accessed by foot from the backyard.

Newly built in 2023 on our property located on a private and serene street, backing onto the very special Soldiers Point Reserve - home to an abundance of bird life and koalas - you will hear the laughing of kookaburras throughout the day.
