The Muddy offers a lovely one bedroom sanctuary with ensuite bathroom (with indoor shower) full kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine) and a large lounge with leather couches, TV and relaxing ambiance. Outside you'll find a BBQ, a dining table and amazing outdoor shower. All overlooking a dam.

Take a stroll down to the lake for a picnic, spot a platypus, bird watching or just relax and enjoy the serenity. Dunoon is close to Whian Whian State Forrest, Terrania Creek, Minyon Falls, Nimbin, The Channon and a 30min drive to Bangalow and Byron Bay. The well stocked Dunoon General Store is 500m down the road and The Sports Club is a short walk

It's the perfect base to explore the Byron Bay hinterland - Bangalow is just 10-minutes drive away, Byron Bay a further 10-minutes on, and all the most popular destinations are within 25-minutes. The Cottage is a renovated 1890s coach house that is beautifully appointed, combining rustic charm with quality finishes. You’ll share the land with wallabies, echidnas, donkeys, goats, a cow, 3 calves and our friendly green frog, Frankie. The Eureka Studio is set on a secluded one acre property up in the Byron Bay Hinterland, in the middle of the vibrant Northern Rivers region and only 25 minutes from Byron Bay. Private and comfortable, it is ideal for a quiet romantic getaway. It provides everything you are looking for to shake off those city blues. The studio is semi-detached to our house, so whilst we live next to it, we try to give our guests as much privacy as they need.
