I am less than 2 miles to Downtown Davidson and lots of restaurants. The green way runs right in front of the house for walking or running. Stay at our lovely cottage located in the heart of Davidson. Walk to all the must-see spots in Davidson, just 5 minutes from downtown and the college. Take a leisurely stroll and enjoy the charming neighborhood. From grocery stores to restaurants, farmers markets, antiquing, beautiful parks and kayaking at the marina, there's something for everyone. The peaceful neighborhood and designated parking spaces make our place the perfect location for exploring Lake Norman, Mooresville and Charlotte.

This 2 bed/ 2 bath, ground floor condo is located in a lovely neighborhood north of Charlotte and is just 5 min. from Lake Norman. The kitchen has a breakfast bar that opens up to a spacious living/dining space perfect for relaxing and enjoying a nice meal. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and master bath w/ walk-in shower & dual vanity. The 2nd bedroom is spacious, and the 2nd bath has a shower/tub combo. One pet up tp 25lbs is allowed with $75 pet fee. Internet and TV are available.
