Corno alle Scale : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Abbiamo soggiorno nell'appartamento di Sofia in occasione del ponte del 25 Aprile. Operazioni di check-in facili e chiare, tramite istruzioni precise e orario flessibile in quanto self check-in. La posizione è comoda sia per gli spostamenti a piedi lato passeggiata e spiaggia, sia per gli spostamenti verso il centro città; una volta parcheggiata la macchina e acquistato un titolo di parcheggio, non è necessario utilizzarla fino al termine. L'appartamento si presenta come da foto/descrizione. Un punto a suo favore è la terrazza all'ultimo piano, molto bella e panoramica.

Appartamento molto pulito ordinato, si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore e la zona è molto comoda per il centro. Il parcheggio si trova facilmente, una nota positiva al tabacchino ci sono abbonamenti giornalieri e settimanali. L'host risponde in tempi brevissimi ed è molto disponibile e reattivo.

Abbiamo alloggiato in due dal 3 al 5 marzo per il carnevale, è situazione di fronte al mare e nel circuito...ottima esperienza sicuramente spero che ci ritorneremo...lo consiglio

L'appartement est proposé à un haut prix en saison mais cela est compréhensible vu son très bon emplacement et son confort. La pasticceria proche de l'entrée de l'immeuble n'est pas a recommander: prix excessifs pour les touristes et croissants trop secs de la veille.

Perfect get away in the beginning of spring! The ideal vacation with a small group of friends! Gaia was the most attentive and helpful host we could have asked for. Any questions we had she answered near to directly. The house is so cosy and beautifully decorated and only 2min walk to the beach. We felt right at home. Hopefully we will visit again and when we do definitely will be coming back to this beautiful Italian cottage.

siamo stati ospiti da Laura per 3 giorni...due adulti e un cagnolino...che dire...tutto perfetto: check-in facile e spiegato passo passo, informazioni puntuali circa la zona, attenzione agli ospiti, ottima posizione a due passi dal mare e da ristoranti, bar, farmacie...ma soprattutto volevo segnalare l' estrema pulizia dell' alloggio. Rebecca è stata gentilissima e super disponibile.L’alloggio è in una posizione ottima perché sullo splendido lungomare di Viareggio,che è una cittadina incantevole.Molto comodo e pulito al suo interno.Cucina attrezzatissima.Siamo venuti in primavera e immaginiamo che in stagione estiva lo stabilimento Primavera sia incantevole ancor di più!Felicissimi del nostro soggiorno!Torneremo e lo straconsigliamo!

We were two small families sharing the Villa Gamba part of Byron House. The house was perfect for sharing with friends or family. Very spacious and with many bathrooms. We really enjoyed the access to the river and the well equipped kitchen. We didn’t use the garden as much as we would have liked to, because it was high summer and the heat and the mosquitoes was a bit too intense. However, I have to say that even with windows open all night (no AC) the mosquitoes surprisingly were no problem at all in the house. The beds were beautiful and comfortable and everything was very clean and inviting in this very authentic villa. The road is just outside the house, but it didn’t bother us. Several parking options. The communication with Janet is very easy and thorough. For example the garbage sorting is a bit intricate, but Janet’s guidance is very helpful. We also enjoyed the town and the local public pool. We spent a week at the house but were aching to stay longer. Thank you.

What a perfect base to explore Tuscany. The host and staff were responsive and helpful, the apartment is well equipped and exactly as pictured and the location is great. It was mostly quiet and not crowded, and having access to the private garden, our own beach cabana, adequate AC and the lovely pool made the July heat bearable. We visited Lucca, Pisa and Cinque Terre easily by train and it was always a pleasure to return to the much less busy Viareggio and Lido di Camaiore. We loved our time at Bagno Lelia.

eine traumhafte Unterkunft mit Rundumblick in die Berge. Gioconda hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, die Atmosphäre ist außergewöhnlich. Wir haben uns willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Gioconda hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Danke für diesen schönen Urlaub ❤️.

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

Flott leilighet, vakker utsikt, anbefales!

The apartment was spacious, clean and located very central for easy access by foot to beach and restaurants. We loved the small balcony for a coffee in the mornings overlooking the sea. It was very quiet at night inside the apartment even if busy outside given the good isolation of the windows. A big plus was the adjoining private parking at a small extra charge. Very good functioning air conditioning and wifi. Claudio was very responsive and kind and made us feel home immediately. We can only recommend it and would love to return for another stay.

Tolle Unterkunft mit top Ausstattung in bester Lage, freundlicher sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, super Ausstattung, Fahrräder und Garage, alles war perfekt, vielen lieben Dank, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und die wunderbare Region sehr genossen.

Vi havde et skønt ophold hos Mario. Lejligheden var større end vi havde forventet og dejligt med et ude område med balkonen. Stranden er i gåafstand indenfor 5 min, og der er masser af restauranter i området. Kommunikationen var super god, og vi kunne skrive, hvis vi havde spørgsmål. Alt i alt havde vi en dejlig ferie! De får vores bedte anbefalinger.

è stato proprio come essere a casa, ma al mare!!l'appartamento dotato di tutti i confort ed accessoriato veramente di qualsiasi cosa, la posizione strepitosa!!una volta attraversata la strada si è sulla passeggiata e a piedi si può comodamente arrivare dappertutto. Io ho due bimbi piccoli e nell'appartamento ho trovato tutti i confort anche per loro...stoviglie, lettino,lenzuola ecc...inoltre la comunicazione con Agnese, co host di Davide, è stata davvero sempre reattiva, molto amichevole e utile a goderci al massimo il nostro soggiorno. Torneremo sicuramente!!

Sehr sehr freundlich Gastgeber waren über Preis Leistungs Verhältnis hin und weg, alles ist da es fehlt wirklich an nix in diesem Haus. Vermieterin hat immer ne Info gegeben wenn was in der Stadt stattgefunden hat. Also eigentlich braucht man Nix mitnehmen außer Badehose ein Fahrrad oder e Scooter um die Gegend zu erkundigen und das war’s sehr begeistert von dieser Anlage! Waren sehr sehr sehr zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub hier! Riesen Dank an Annalisa und Sergio bis zum nächsten Wiedersehen und alles gute euch !

Appartamento delizioso e curato nei minimi dettagli. Impagabile la posizione, vicinissima sia al mare che alle zone più interessanti di Viareggio. Splendido il patio esterno privato con bellissime piante di limoni. Sandra e suo marito sono stati fantastici. Consigliatissimo!!Torneremo senz’altro!

We stayed as a family for one week, our experience was great. The Apartment is spacious with an one car park. We did not miss anything. Everything is in walking distance and we got same good recommendations for Michele. We would recommend the Apartment.
