Comfortable flat with all Amenities required . Perfect location right in the center , shops , restaurants , port and beaches and yet in a quiet location . With a bonus of allocated parking space minutes away at the train station which is a real advantage in St Ives . Thank you .

Fabulous location.!!!!!! Short walking distance to all that the centre of St Ives has to offer The view from the window is unbeatable and as you are so near to the seas edge we slept with the window slightly open so as to listen to the restful waves when going to sleep at night Had all the amenities we looked for during our stay and would not hesitate to recommend or return to in the future Just a couple of minor issues to be aware of : Parking at the nearby Island is difficult. It seemed to be full most of the time and for most of the time people were waiting for a space to park The Wi-Fi isn’t great- only really useable in the lounge (and then not all the time) But don’t let this put you off ….you won’t regret booking a stay here and there are some great restaurants practically on your doorstep !

Stayed for 4 days for my wife's 40th birthday, the apartment was easy to find with parking permit available, front door is however on a main road but we were aware of this due to knowing the area. Kitchen was well equipped for our stay, our bed and the our sons beds were very comfy. Big telly with netflix and NowTV and warming log burner. Location was close to transport links (bus and trains), 10 minutes walk to Gilbert's beach bar and salt bar, local pub across the road and numerous takeaways (including a Chinese and domino's) within walking distance. Asda supermarket and Lidl 5 minute drive away

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The view is exactly as it looks in the pictures and is so pretty! The location is within great distance to anything you could want or need. The apartment itself was really clean, well kept and nice and cosy. Julia is a great host, making everything smooth and easy and was incredibly polite! We will definitely be back to enjoy this lovely place again I can’t recommend it enough! :)

We had a fabulous week at Goose Rock. The apartment is simply stunning with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. The view out the living room, over Crantock beach, is amazing. Location is great, very peaceful with great walking and a choice of several beaches on the doorstep, and two places to eat just around the corner. I honestly couldn’t fault Valérie’s apartment, and hope to visit again later in the year.

Jon and Laura are excellent hosts. I really enjoyed the cozy studio with the stunning views. The distance to any highlights of Tintagel were walkable. Would recommend to anyone!

Charming, spacious, modernised harbour front flat with all you could wish for. Highly recommended in this delightful classic Cornish fishing port.

Beautiful home in a tranquil green area with only the sounds of nature around. Home was very nicely furnished with lovely decorative touches like plants and pictures on the walls. Host left us some delicious fudge and biccies. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Great bed and hot shower and parking in the drive. Hosts are absolutely fantastic, very kind and friendly. Thanks so much for a fabulous week.

what can I say, what a little gem of a place, Home from home has everything to make your stay comfortable. Fantastic location close to everything from stunning walks to pubs, shops & restaurants. On arrival the car park was easy to find, then a 1 minute walk around to the front of property, had the loveliest surprise with a birthday card, Prosecco and rosè wine chilling in the fridge, A lovely cream tea hamper. And shortbread by the tea and coffee, fresh bread and milk to, Fresh cut flowers on the table, the place was spotless. Chris was just at the end of the phone and responded very quickly with everything we needed. Our dogs made them selves at home with the balls and treats left for them. Shampoo conditioner and shower gel minis in the bathroom were lovely and soft white towels. The bed was very comfortable with crisp clean bedding. Through the day we took the dogs for long walks and in the evening we were all shattered to snuggled down with Netflix and ordered takeaways perfect.

Had a lovely stay at Topside. Viki was a perfect host leaving out a box of Cornish biscuits, milk, tea & coffee and some lovely wild flowers. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable & homely stay and Viki had thought of everything. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood but only 5 min walk to Bude town with all its restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops and beautiful summerleaze beach. We look forward to booking again in the near future

Lovely apartment a short walk from the harbour/beach and stunning views from the window. Nice and quiet during the evening and a perfect stop off before continuing travels

Rachel was very friendly & accommodating. Her information pack had some good recommendations. Rachel had left some goodies on arrival which made you feel very welcome. Rachel also communicated all information leading up to us arriving so we had no issues when we got to the property. We had a really relaxing, enjoyable time.

Had a fantastic time at the Neet. It really was a perfect place to stay especially if you are visiting Bude. We brought our 2 dogs and the garden was a great place for them to stretch their legs, fully enclosed and huge. On arrival, Lisa met us and explained everything, we also had fresh eggs and scones. The place was spotless, cosy and had everything you need from an Airbnb. Highly recommended !

We absolutely loved our stay at Penny’s place! It was incredibly cozy, beautifully maintained, and squeaky clean! The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including the luxury of two bathrooms and a private parking space, which made things so convenient. A special touch that made us feel immediately welcome was being greeted with scones, clotted cream, and jam, which was such a lovely surprise! The location was peaceful and charming. We even had a glimpse of the sea as the flat is on the first floor. While the narrow streets might be a bit tricky to navigate with a larger car, it’s all part of the area's charm, and having dedicated parking made it a non-issue for us. We would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Cornwall. Penny was a fantastic host and her place made our trip truly memorable.

Great location for a lovely relaxing few days on the south coast, Cornwall has my heart, especially when the sun is shining! Melanie's instructions and recommendations for places to eat were great. Falmouth is just an our walk up the coast, lovely place to mooch about with great shops. Would recommend and happily come and stay here again

We stayed at Neil's place in Newquay, Cornwall, and it was absolutely fantastic! Initially, we spoke to Neil, but Steve, the manager, took over and made the process seamless. We booked this last-minute stay on New Year’s Eve for the same night, and they were incredibly accommodating to make it happen for us. The apartment was pristine, luxurious, and in an amazing location with stunning views. Watching the NYE fireworks over the harbour from our balcony was such a special treat. It truly felt like a home away from home. We usually stay in Perranporth, but this place has now become our new favourite. It completely trumps our previous go-to! We can’t wait to come back again and highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks so much, Neil and Steve, for making this New Year’s our best in a long time! Craig

A fantastic place to stay beautiful property, spotlessly clean and brilliant amenities. Everyone was super friendly and helpful with any queries. Location is perfect for the beautiful beach and village. Our family had the most amazing holiday and highly recommend a stay at Bassets Acre.

If you’re looking for a peaceful comfortable retreat by the sea, Nicola’s flat is the place for you Beautifully decorated, with a well equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed, a lovely view of the bay and quiet peaceful surroundings, I cannot recommend it highly enough Add to that the little touches like motion sensor night lights, binoculars for guests use , plenty of handy plugs for working and a thoughtful 2 litre bottle of milk in the fridge on arrival . Free to use ( with arrangement - the pool and gym in the hotel next door , and great communication from Nicola . Would definitely stay again .

Absolutely beautiful apartment, with everything we needed. It was very clean and well-maintained. Wonderful views of the sea and Porth beach- this was the best bit. The beach is just over the road, and icecream and pub just a few minutes walk. A really lovely place xx

We had a brilliant family holiday here in Oct half term. Brilliant location so close to the beach and the costal paths, very convenient for Falmouth. The pool, sauna and hot tub are great and the kids had the best time. The apartment is compact but had everything we needed. Melanie gave lots of useful info before we arrived. We will be coming back.

Kevin was an awesome host! Super helpful and the welcome card was a nice touch. Perfect location too – everything was within walking distance and the apartment was clean and well-organized.

Cute, cosy beach pad with lovely warm swimming pools and and everything you needed for a wonderful time by the sea. Would highly recommend!
