Welcome to your clean and convenient hideaway, steps from Chapman University. Great location in Old Towne Orange. With plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. This private home features two spacious rooms with comfy beds, a full kitchen and roomy bathroom. There is also a small bonus office for your use. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. The location could not be better as the home is a stone's throw from Chapman University (just 1/2 a block) and is only 1 1/2 blocks from the Plaza and on a an Old Towne Orange Spoke street! Brand new carpet, paint and fresh linens! You will feel as if every detail has been thought of because it has! You will have access to the entire upstairs 2- bedroom (plus office room) apartment. Your private entrance is on the side of the home just up the brown staircase. Rafael is a favorite host here in Old Towne Orange. He is very responsive and helpful should you need anything yet he will never intrude. Within easy walking distance are fantastic coffee shops, restaurants, and antique shops. Unsurprisingly, Old Towne Orange has repeatedly been voted Orange County's 'Favorite Downtown'. Every Saturday, there's also a wonderful farmers' market nearby. Close to public transportation; most people love the walkability! Prices may vary with holidays and local events. HB Starfish Cottage

Welcome to the very clean HB Starfish cottage. You will be staying in a private one bedroom apartment w/ its own separate entrance upstairs. You will access your cottage via a lockbox. It’s 700 sq ft . We live below and can interact with you as much or as little as you like. Your space has a separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining area and a kitchen. (no stove, but there is a toaster oven and microwave.) There is a small privatdeck to enjoy coffee in the morning or a drink at sunset.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The apartment is above our detached garage with a private balcony. Stunning views of city lights and rolling hills. If you have little ones we have a fire pit for smores. Our full size kitchen and laundry facilities within the apartment. We are 18 miles from skiing and snowboarding.
