We are centrally located and 15 minutes or less from everywhere - beaches, San Diego State University, Downtown San Diego and the Gaslamp District, and shopping in Fashion Valley. Close to Mission Trails Regional Park.

Breezy private studio in La Jolla

A pagoda style private studio that is breezy with an ocean view. It is walking distance to the village of La Jolla and the world renowned Cove Beach. The house was built in the early 1920’s by a woman who did missionary work in Asia and was fascinated by the architecture. It is nestled at the foot of Country Club Drive in a quiet residential neighborhood and is very close to an excellent selection of bars and restaurants that are about a 10-20 minute walk away. Our quaint & comfortable one-bedroom cottage nestled in the middle of the neighborhood for a cozy feel yet we are close to EVERYTHING! It comfortably fits 2-3 people and is centrally located on a quiet street in North Park. It is just two blocks from a number of restaurants, markets, brewpubs, and coffee shops. Peaceful. It is a back house and is tucked off the street behind our main residence.
