The house is in the quiet and historical neighborhood of Golden Hill which retains much architectural charm with its craftsman homes. It's minutes from Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, North Park, South Park, Gaslamp, Little Italy, and beaches. By foot, you can enjoy food, shopping, and nightlife on 25th and C St. or in South Park on 30th and Beach. We have electronic scooters and bikes all around the neighborhood. DECCO BIKE is a convenient way to get around for about $20 per day. The Bikes are 3 speed and have several pick up and drop off stations in the metro area. As you find with most Southern California cities public transportation here is slow and costly compared to UBER of LYFT. Public Bus #2 runs you $2.50 cents and can be downtown in 10 minutes or go north for 15 minutes to North Park and visit 30th street for Dinning and Night Life. You can walk to most places within 30 minutes including San Diego's Famous Balboa Park, Zoo, Natural History Museum, the San Diego Museum of Art, Rub H. Fleet Space Center, Plus, there are dozens of cool bars and restaurants within a 1.5 km radius. House Rules Check-in is at 3PM - we do provide luggage drop off if you arrive early. Noise complaints after 10PM on weekdays, and weekends 12AM (The unit next door is also for AirBnB) 8. Stains on linens or towel (especially with makeup since makeup wipes are provided) If we have to clean up your vomit, we will charge you (as damages, even if it cleans off the surfaces) for the security deposit. These are the consequences for your indiscretions.

You'll also be walking distance to some amazing restaurants and super close to the best of San Diego, including downtown, the beach and the zoo! It's a perfect place to recharge after a long day of business or pleasure!

Trendy Studio, Natural Light - Heart of Downtown

Large studio with comfortable queen sized Murphy Bed, a love seat, private entrance and private bath. Located in Cortez Hill - walk to the nicest neighborhoods in downtown like Little Italy, Gaslamp, East Village, and the Embarcadero. There is no full kitchen, but there is a small refrigerator, small microwave, and a pot for heating water. This is an ideal space for solo travelers, couples, events at the Convention Center, Padres Games, great eateries, and the best of Downtown San Diego.

A magical private garden surrounds a tiny studio (240 sq ft) with kitchenette in historic residential district, 10 blocks to East Village and Petco BallPark, near Gaslamp Quarter, and one mile to Convention Center and downtown. Easy access to freeways, very close to Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, and Coronado Island. Airport and train station less than 15 min. We offer a safe, sweet, and contemplative getaway near the city, with WiFi but no TV. One pet OK only with prior approval. 420 friendly.

Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. are available for your enjoyment. Enjoy the great ocean view from the backyard.
