Your private casita is nestled in the Rio Grand forest park. Walk, bike, or jog on the Bosque Trail behind the house along the acequia (waterway) or wander by the Rio Grande River with a perfect view of Sandia Mountain. We supply coffee and cream and several black and herbal teas with sugar and honey for sweetening. In the Kitchen is a full refrigerator, oven/microwave and stovetop. Cookware, dinnerware oil, vinegar and spices, wine glasses and more. Sleep in a comfortable queen-sized bed.

Vintage Airstream near Albuquerque

Come stay at our small homestead in this 1974 Airstream. This cute, clean camper is set next to our paddock with ducks, chickens, a few roosters (they will crow a lot), sometimes goats/horses, and our large dogs (they will bark). We are in the county, so we have a slightly rural feel and are a short haul from downtown (13 mi.) and the airport (17 mi.). Beautiful walk to the river (1 mi.). Come and go as you please. This is NOT a luxurious, quiet retreat, but it is a safe, unique and happy one!

This adobe casita is a special place – washed in sunlight, quiet and tucked into a half acre with grass, trees, flowers, rabbits and birds. Located right behind the Balloon Fiesta grounds and is just a few minutes drive, it is only 15-20 minutes from downtown Albuquerque and about 50 minutes from Santa Fe. Plenty of outdoor space in which to relax and soak up the sun. And great Wifi for remote work. The casita sits on the same lot as a larger house that is occupied by a long-term tenant.

Private courtyard and private gated parking with opener. 2.7 miles to Balloon Fiesta Park; watch balloons land in the adjacent field during Balloon Fiesta. Shop & dine nearby yet located in a quiet country setting near walking paths in the Rio Grande Bosque. We are located on the popular corrales acequia (waterway) which you can walk/bike to the farmers market, bistros, wineries, breweries, shops and the Rio Grande Bosque and river. Our 500 sqft casita has all the amenities you need with the coziness of your own modern farmhouse. We live in the home next door and are happy to help with anything you need. No Oven/Stove due to Corrales Rules.

There is a loveseat, dining table with two chairs, desk, hangers and a dresser. The front porch has seating and the private back patio has a lighted pergola, dining furniture, & Sandia mountain views. Balloon Fiesta Park is nearby & balloons fly nearby year-round.
