Relax in Your Private Spa at This Tranquil Country Cottage

Indulge in a luxury spa experience at a tranquil cottage. Follow a garden path from your decked balcony to a private wood-fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, outdoor shower and summerhouse. It's a great spot for stargazing by night and bird-watching by day. Cook in a modern well-equipped kitchen or have a night off, dinner prepared for you by us and brought over to the cottage. Please note that all logs for the hot tub and log burner are inclusive ! We are pet friendly and welcome 1 large breed or 2 smaller breeds of dog. The cottage is situated in the grounds of our own home. While it is entirely private we are on hand if you need anything and Mark can also provide private catering as a highly regarded chef sourcing the best local produce in Cornwall ! The cottage terrace opens out from the bedroom with direct access to the garden and a path which leads to an outdoor spa with wood fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, fire pit and summerhouse. We are located in the adjacent house should you need us for anything at all but offer our guests total privacy otherwise. The choice is yours ! The cottage is in a pretty rural hamlet surrounded by countryside near the market town of Launceston in the county of Cornwall. A car is needed. The cottage sleeps 2 adults in a King sized bed and up to 2 small children (under 12) on the sofa bed.

Polbrean Studio, a cosy holiday with river views

Anne-Marie and Steve offer a warm welcome to Polbrean Studio, a cosy, well equipped, self catering studio with stunning views of the River Fowey in the tranquil village of Golant. Our Studio is a large open plan room with pull down double bed, kitchen area with dbl hob, convection oven/microwave, fridge w icebox, and shower wet room. There is a mezzanine with additional double bed accessed via paddle stairs. Outside is a seating area where you can enjoy the stunning surroundings and views.

Rural Barn Conversion, Boconnoc, Lostwithiel

Set on the edge of Boconnoc Estate and the outskirts of Lostwithiel you will find our large 1 bedroom converted barn. We are quite centrally located in Cornwall. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.

Sky Cottage, delightful Cornish sanctuary

Sky Cottage, a delightful haven in friendly Golant village on the bank of the Fowey River. Sun trap patio garden. A wood-burner with free unlimited dry logs etc provided. Well equipped kitchen area. Up the winding stairs a twinkle lit bedroom which sleeps 2 people in luxury and comfort in king-sized 5' bed with 100% cotton bed 'linen'. Parking with permit provided 200 yards. Friendly local pub 300 yards, which also provides takeaway meals. Eden Project 15 minutes drive. Local kayak hire.

Manor House at Botelet Farm

Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Nestled in a valley in South East Cornwall, staying at Manor offers the chance for a peaceful escape with 300 acres to explore, safe spaces for children to play, chickens wandering free range outside, a trampoline in the orchard, and therapeutic massage and wellbeing workshops.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Detached cabin in private grounds

Snuggling in a wooded corner of our paddock the cabin is a lovely secluded escape for two. In one of the quietest parts of Cornwall with complete privacy you will hear the hoots of owls and chorus of birdlife, and with no light pollution the night skies are magnificent. The coast is nearby, with the Fowey estuary just down the road, and glorious beaches and coastal footpath a short drive away. It is roomy and comfortable in all weathers, and comes with a private wild garden.

The Barn Studio Private Annex

SELF CATERING RURAL RETREAT…. You will be our only guests in the Barn Room Conversion. The Barn studio is situated next to the Main Farm House so you are completely private to come and go as you wish. We have an outdoor seating area opposite the Studio We provide Tea, coffee, sugar milk. My Farm is close to Eden Project, Lanhydrock House, Bocconoc Country Estate, Looe, Polperro, Fowey, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Charles town, Mevagissey, Lerryn, Bodmin Moor, Port Issac

Large House - Hot Tub, Sauna, Games & Cinema Room

On the gateway to Cornwall and Devon, this spacious and dog-friendly detached house is perfect for getting away with family and friends. Bar-K has recently undergone a major renovation and features a large hot tub, sauna, ping pong table, a cinema room with surround sound and a PS5, and a games room with a full-size pool table, a dartboard, and table football. There is private parking for 6 cars, with an EV charge point, a huge decked area and a large, secure garden.

Spacious countryside Carpenters Cottage near coast

Our self catering detached cottage is available all year round. A spacious ground floor cottage with views over the garden, it's own parking (with an outside electric socket) and patio area. Between Fowey & Lostwithiel in South East Cornwall. We have one super king size bed. We accept 2 medium sized dogs, by arrangement. The large garden is not fully fenced, we have a mixture of water, hedges and fences as our 3 acre boundary. The patio is completely fenced.
