Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

A short walk to Whitworth University, but nestled in a lovely 1.3-acre setting, "The Lab" is a creatively-designed, private apartment in our daylight basement. As a former science teacher, I enjoyed making the space have great...chemistry! Among other things, it has a separate entrance, a garage bay for parking out of the elements, a washer and dryer, and a wooded setting. You'll be within 20 minutes of area attractions like downtown, Spokane Falls, the Centennial Trail, and Green Bluff.

Property managers live on premises in a separate basement unit, guests will have their privacy.

We are 3 miles from Gonzaga University and 5 miles from Whitworth University. Our home features cozy a living room with fireplace, a TV/game room with queen bunkbed, outdoor hot tub, gas fire pit, and BBQ. We are just a short walking distance to Audobon Park, local restaurants, and breweries. Come enjoy the beautiful Pacific Northwest with us!

This 2BR+1BA house is well-appointed with Anthropologie style decor, has incredible natural light, and offers an authentic and peaceful environment. Expect a sparkling clean, home-away-from-home experience - sleeps up to 8.

Private basement suite near Whitworth University.

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.

Newly Remodeled Studio Loft with Prairie Views

Our private studio Loft is brand new. It is minimalist, clean, and cozy. We are located on 5-Mile Prairie with beautiful views and a rural feel, but minutes away from anywhere in Spokane. The private entrance stairs and keypad door are located just around the side of the house. The bed is a king-sized, gel-infused, 10 inch memory foam mattress. The futon couch can be made into a twin-sized bed. You'll have access to your own full kitchen and private bathroom.

Updated Cozy Home Tucked In The Trees!

Enjoy the 1898 Public House restaurant directly across the street, a five star restaurant. Float the little Spokane river, hike the trails off the Switchbacks, take a short drive to Mt Spokane Ski resort. Spokane is also known for affordable and excellent golf. This home is a charming get away tucked in the trees! If you love recreation or just want to relax this is the place for you! Our excellent reviews will give you the comfort you need.

Viking Plass is within walking distance to Whitworth University. A peaceful lower level apartment in a quiet well-kept neighborhood. Several restaurants and pubs, within walking distance. Grocery stores, coffee shops, and a gym are less than a 3 minute drive.
