Lovely nest near Florence city centre

This cozy studio was build by my grandfather at the beginnin of 1900 like a simple work room. Then during the 50's he added a bathroom to make the space available for live, and now, in 2018 I restored the location to share it with guests. We restored even some of the original forniture to exalt the hystoric feeling of our place. The city centre is easily reachable and you can find everything you need in 500 meters (restaurants, bars, buses, a market with local products and a lot of other shops)

Bright and comfortable apartment situated in the central and trendy area San Niccolò in a 14th century building called Palazzo Nasi Quaratesi. You will be staying in the heart of Florence but surrounded by gardens and trees in complete and utter peace and tranquility.The accomodation is located on the third and top floor of the building without a lift. Please note that there are approximately 60 steps to climb. Pets are welcome at Sara's place.

Badesse apartment

The house is in an old building (1400), in the heart of the city centre. Originally it was a convent, the "convento delle Badesse" because of the San Pier Maggiore Church based behind the facility. During the years the building was restored e changed its shape. Into the centre of Florence, the apartment it's also very close to humanities and architecture university.

Chianti Fienile indipendente

L'agriturismo è stato ricavato da un caratteristico fienile in pietra di 70 mq. completamente ristrutturato e arredato con mobili antichi. Vista panoramica sulle colline chiantigiane con tramonti mozzafiato. Dal 1° marzo al 31 dicembre gli ospiti dovranno pagare una tassa di soggiorno di 2 euro a persona al giorno. I bambini fino ai 14 anni non pagano.
