East Watch- a private getaway

East Watch is a 740 sq ft, 1 bedroom private retreat that provides the comforts and amenities of home with the style of a high-end hotel. All 5 to 15 min from shopping, downtown, and the beach. It's a short walk from Mt. Helix Park which offers a 360* view, weekday yoga, and stunning sunrises and sunsets. We have EV high speed car charging, a full kitchen with all appliances, workspace with dedicated fast WIFI, a spa shower, and super comfortable beds and pillows. Stay and let us charm you!

Fig Tree Bungalow

Enjoy your stay in San Diego in this newly renovated guesthouse. Centrally located about a mile from Hwy 8, Hwy 125, and the Grossmont Trolley Station & Transit Center. Only a 15-20 minute drive to downtown, the airport, the beaches, and most of San Diego's other popular tourist attractions. This cozy, two-story, detached unit is located behind my home, and has its own private entrance and partitioned yard for your enjoyment. There's plenty of street parking directly in front of the house.

Enjoy the cool vibe at this unique rustic getaway tucked back on a tree-lined hill 5 minutes above City of La Mesa Village, 20 minutes from downtown San Diego. The studio is on the ground floor of our two-story house. We live on the 2nd floor, and the studio is it's own completely private space. 5 miles to San Diego State University; 16-20 miles to San Diego beaches; 10 miles to Downtown San Diego; 15 miles to Sea World San Diego; and 13 miles to the World Famous San Diego Zoo!

Vineyard & Winery Guest House

Our guest house sits above our winery tasting room and has its own private entrance and driveway. It's clean, cozy, and self-contained . Make it a weekend 'getaway' stay and sample our fine wines. ** 36 hours between check-ins. Thorough cleaning and sanitizing.. Four night minimum stay. Dogs ONLY are welcomed on a case by case basis. They must be house trained and are not permitted on any furniture. If you instant book, you must contact me about your pet within 24 hours. Smoking is permitted in the outside areas - patio, gazebo, yard. Easy freeway access helps any commute to downtown and area attractions. Having your own vehicle is the best way to get around..
