Paddleboards, a floating mat, blow-up water toys, and life jackets are available.

Bathroom with shower + tub. Walking distance to everything: 2 ice cream parlors, 2 golf courses, boat launches, beaches, restaurants. WiFi and TV. No pets. **NOTE: Hot tub open year round but pool is closed October - April**

Ranchito in Leavenworth has River Beach access!

The cottage is a family home on 2 acres surrounded by orchard and horses. We have 2 horses living there and a big front yard with nice views. Our Ranchito’s decor has a western theme. It is 10 miles from Leavenworth, 5 miles from the house to our privately owned beach on the Wenatchee River that we allow our guests to use. The beach has swimming, easy access & parking. We operate a river tubing business there from July - August. We feed our horses twice daily. There is noise from hwy 97.
