The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, the outdoor decks & patio allow plenty of spaces to soak in Crescent Bar's 300 days of sun. Sunserra has multiple pools & hot tubs to enjoy, with the closest being mere steps from our front door! Garage not available. NO PETS. No parties.

This home has an open main floor plan w/spacious living/dining room, opening to patio w/ fire pit & a huge shared yard. You'll be near the pools, tennis courts, sandy beach & boat launch on the river, plus restaurants. Parking is $50 per car (HOA required). Get excited for your stay!

But don't forget we are only 35 min's away from Mission Ridge, ski during the day and come back and enjoy the hot tubs.
