This waterfront home in Crescent Bar has 2-bedrooms, 1-bath and provides 6 guests with private beach waterfront access from your backyard, breathtaking views, and an ideal location minutes from golfing. Launch your boat from the boat launch and then moor your boat via an anchor in your backyard. On weekends, go wine tasting and catch a live show at the Gorge Amphitheater just 25 minutes away. Paddleboards, a floating mat, blow-up water toys, and life jackets are available.

Relax with family & friends at our newly remodeled home, Casita del Río, nestled in the Wenatchee Valley. La casita is an open, stylish space with plenty of warm natural light and scenic views located near the Columbia River, Hydro Park, & a trail point for the Apple Loop. Guests can enjoy indoor and outdoor dining/entertainment with access to BBQ and deck. La casita is also only a short car ride away (abt 30 min) from popular destinations, including Leavenworth, Mission Ridge & Lake Chelan.

The VIP Lounge is a Olson Kundig-designed home. Steps from the Gorge Amphitheatre, it overlooks the Cave B vineyards & Columbia River. Our 1 bedroom home features a private patio and full kitchen. Walk to concerts, wine tasting, dinner, or the spa. Hike Frenchman Coulee, bike Ancient Lakes, or just relax and take in the view. PLEASE NOTE: As of June '26, there is temporary fencing surrounding construction on the grounds adjacent to our development. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Truly one of a kind tiny home! Located one mile from CWU campus. You are close to town yet surrounded by pasture. This tiny home has all the amenities you may need including roomy bathroom, full Kitchen, washer dryer, Internet, and TV. There is a 2nd story 10X10 deck looking East and below is a covered patio with a BBQ and Hot tub. Private with lots of outside space. Enjoy! *** I am building another silo 100ft away. 1,100 sq ft home. Quiet setting at our working winery. Spectacular views of the Cascade Mt's and Columbia Valley. Perfect location for nearby activities: Gorge concerts(40 mi), skiing/snowboarding (19 mi), hiking, golfing, with quick access to Leavenworth, Wenatchee & Chelan. Located on 2 peaceful acres & just minutes from CWU, fairgrounds, & downtown, the Cowboy House is the perfect spot for your time in Ellensburg. Bring your dogs to run free in the fenced pastures, relax on the comfy couch, & enjoy meals on the weather-protected porch. The driveway is a pull through so trailers are welcome. We have one security camera recording the driveway.
