We are offering our guest apartment to you to enjoy during your stay. With a private entrance you can come and go from your one bedroom one bath suite as you’d like. Everything is extremely clean. Conveniently located and tucked in the woods, we are 1 mile to I-35, 5 mins to the turnpike, 10 mins to downtown Edmond, 20 mins to downtown OKC & Bricktown and 15 mins to 2 malls. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. A fenced in backyard and playground make stays with pets or children easy.

Comfy & cozy for two guests, or ideal for a personal retreat, "Sparrow Cottage" includes its own private patio with gas grill as well as a separate fenced sitting area outside with fire pit. Feel free to walk the grounds and imagine what the Old Station was like in the 1930s, 40s, and 50s.

The cottage has a view of our vineyard and windmill from the cottage porch and is next to our private estate winery. Enjoy the pond and the fountain from sitting on the deck of the pond. The cottage has its own grill if you choose to cook out. Guest may stroll through the vineyard or watch a sunset from the dock at the pond. We have fish food to feed the fish.
