Place was really awesome when inside. Driving up from the outside you kind of get a weird feeling because you think it’s not what you expected. Once inside and in the backyard you know that it’s just what the pictures showed. Place was really spacious and entertaining for my family and I. The one thing that I would have loved is there’s one room that is attached to a bathroom that is locked from the entrance of the room and the bathroom that would have been awesome if it was available to us because the couch bed is a little old and not that comfortable. Other than that the pool, the slide and the jacuzzi were so much fun. One thing I suggest is maybe bringing your own pest spray because there are a lot of earwigs outside the house and in the house. Overall I would stay here in the future.

MK is a fantastic host! Her place is in a wonderful, central location that allows you to easily get around LA which is saying a lot as LA can be a tough city to get around in. The home matched the description and photos. MK was very accommodating, flexible, kind, and responsive - thank you for a great stay!

Cozy cute cabin! Had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. We had a relaxing trip! Felt comfortable and peaceful. The hot tub was also fun. The kids loved it! First time in arrowhead for Easter 🐣. Fun activities for the kiddos!

This was our third trip to Darrell’s place in 2 1/2 years. We just can’t get enough! Each trip we add another night to our stay. We’re already checking our schedule for a trip back in October! This guest house is a tiny home, packed full of everything you need. We enjoyed cooking on the little two burner stove top, extra blankets for lounging around on the outdoor bed, mini fridge holds a lot, toaster oven, space heater for the chilly evenings, tv with cable and WiFi. Our favorite thing about this place is the feeling we get when we’re here. We’re instantly at peace. It’s calm and serene. We enjoyed working on crafts at the picnic table under the trees, listening to the deep wind chimes resonate throughout the property. Birds and other wild life are active and brought life to the experience as well as the flow of the many water falls. Darrell is really friendly, and generous. We’re so grateful that he offers this space to us to rent. Looking forward to our next visit!

Let’s just say we didn’t want to leave. Tom was great super friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Location was amazing only second away from the beach, with bikes the host provided. The house had everything we needed and even toys for the kids. Definitely family stamp of approval.

The home was perfect for our family Christmas. Our kids loved the outdoor fire pit and board games. Home was perfectly described as an antique home with very a lot of detail in the home still. We will definitely be booking again

We've stayed in a few different places in Venice over the years, and this is by far our favorite. It's a perfect space - well decorated with cool furniture, and every room felt just the right size. The kitchen was great, really well organized, and the bathroom / bathtub was clean and lovely (loved the bidet). Internet was fast and reliable, great for working from home like I did (and there are also tons of places - restaurants / cafes - to work out of nearby). Walking distance to my favorite gym, Barry's Bootcamp, as well as the grocery store. Great for kids because of the bathtub and the fenced in front yard. Would love to stay here again on our next visit!

Unique little spot with amazing views. We were even able to get a bit of hiking in - Lisa gave us the inside scoop on how to walk from our lil trailer to the Topanga State Park trails. We spent some time in LA as well as Oxnard to go whale watching - couldn’t have been better situated to access all the good stuff and take some scenic drives (if you’re into that sort of thing). We are into that sort of thing. Well worth the money just for the atmosphere and nature (fell asleep to the croaks of the local frog population) though we didn’t see any. Comfy beds and restful sleep. Thank you!

I’m so glad to find such a lovely home away from home when I visit my daughter’s family in South Pasadena. The cottage is adorable! I love the original features like the wooden floors and push out windows. This cottage is behind the main house, but is surrounded by lovely courtyards. It felt very private. Kitchen was well-equipped and beds were comfy. And waking up to the sound of the rooster on the property was a bonus for this city girl. It’s an easy walk to the little town of South Pasadena (just a few blocks), where there are many restaurants and shops. There’s a fun farmer’s market on Thursday evenings just up the street. I arrived on Thursday, so I was able to pick up some things there for my stay. A grocery store and Trader Joe’s are also within walking distance.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at Dons lovely cottage while visiting Los Angeles. The setting is quiet and peaceful; interior is clean and bright. It manages to be close to everything and secluded at the same time. Don communicates quickly and answered any and all questions with near zero wait time. This is my go-to spot when I’m in Echo Park!

I stay here anytime I am in topanga. Such a lovely oasis. Cooked myself dinner and breakfast, sat in the beautifully clean sauna (heats up quick), took a bath outside, napped in the hammock, and was on my way. Perfect place to stay, 10/10.

Everything was great and exactly as described. The bed was also super comfortable. The view from the deck is lovely. We’ll be back!

We were attending the Rose Parade this year and wanted a stress free environment to stay at close to the venue. Hilda’s home was all that and more. It is a charming little place that is well appointed, clean, and very comfortable. We really wanted for nothing while we were there. We met both Hilda and her daughter and both were very friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with this rental and will likely come to stay again.

Wonderful stay. Wanted to get away from LA and have a nature focused time with my dogs. Felt right at home. Perfect little cabin!!

J C were gracious host. They would keep checking in if we needed anything. The cottage was clean and very comfortable. We would definitely consider staying here again the next time we’re in lake arrowhead.

Nancy's place is private and rustic, great for a weekend get away. Location is great, market is nearby. The view from the deck is very relaxing. We don't have to stare at other people's backyard. Access to the cabin requires climbing stairs which can be slightly difficult for some seniors when it is wet.

We had a fabulous long weekend at Judy’s place! It was perfect for our family’s needs. There were beach toys and games available which the kids loved. We enjoyed cooking and eating around the big table together, and slept super well each night. We appreciated the fans available in each closet for some white noise but they truly weren’t needed as it was nice and quiet. We loved being able to walk into town and to the beach just 3 minutes away! It was also so convenient having laundry available when traveling with kids. Thanks for a great stay! We hope to be back sometime soon!

Perfect place for a couple for a weekend in nature! Booked Jaime's cottage for a wedding at the venue down the road and it was the ideal location. Looks just like the photos. Morning coffee on the back patio listening to the birds was a great break from city life!

Great location. Everything was walkable and bonus a park for the kids close by.

The guest house was an absolute gem as were the hosts Derek and his wife, Janet. This is the best Air BNB we've stayed at and will definitely return.

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing time at Audrey’s cabin!! First of all, it was BEAUTIFUL!!! It was also the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in and it had everything you could possibly need! We loved the fun wallpaper, massive & crisp tv, the bonus seat cushions for the dining table chairs and the truly amazing fireplace. Also my boyfriend LOVED the Super Nintendo, so that was an incredible bonus! A word of warning though, the driveway up to the cabin was really steep. Much more than we’d been expecting. You definitely want to make sure your car’s up to the task. Regardless, it truly is a special place and Audrey is a fantastic host. She had a thoughtful card & bottle of wine waiting for us when we checked in and was so friendly and responsive during our stay—not that we needed anything because she really did think of everything with this place! We had a magical time and would love to stay again! Thanks Audrey 💖
