Guest will have private access on the first floor of this three story ocean view beach home in Virginia Beach, VA. The guest suite is separate from the main house. Two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room and one bathroom. In the entrance hallway there is a stacker washer dryer, refrigerator, microwave, sink next to refrigerator along with a gas grill outside. NOTE: There is no living room; however, there are chairs in the bedrooms. The true living room is the beach on the Atlantic Ocean :)

My house is in a quiet neighborhood by a creek of the Lynnhaven River 7 miles from the Oceanfront/Chesapeake Bay with easy access to the interstate and surrounding cities in Hampton Roads. Only minutes from Town Center and local malls. Your private area is the 1st level with your own private entrance, but no kitchen. There is small microwave and a coffee machine in the unit , & a small fridge on the screened-in-porch.

Newly remodeled, super clean one bedroom (in-law) apartment, approx. 375 sf. Three blocks from the beach 7-10 min walk. Covered deck, backyard on water to watch ducks, herons, fish. Concrete benches and firepit near the water. Walking distance to the ocean, boardwalk, Rudee Inlet, dining and entertainment. Hardwood floors, queen size bed, 'pack n play', kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster (no oven or stove) 1 gig mbps Wifi, internet tv. Futon-like couch.

Remodeled kitchen and bath. Discounts for longer stays. The entire house and yard is yours. Close enough so you can walk or bike to shopping and restaurants, or head to the beach about 2.5 miles away. Internet and a work desk, comfy beds with cotton sheets provided. There is a back porch, large fenced yard, BBQ grill, fire pit. Rules for booking our home- no pets are allowed. We require our guests have good AirBnb reviews. We have a sun-room and a little deck in the front perfect for morning coffee and happy hour. The backyard is fully fenced with a deck and a gas grill. The road to the house is one-way, very private. You'll love the outdoor shower! We have a cart, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for your walk to the beach!
