Great host and place! Within close walking distance to Broadway/Bridgestone arena and about not too far from The Gulch. The apartment was clean, organized and met all our needs. We will definitely be coming back!

Renee’s place was great. Great location being a short walk to Broadway with a great donut and coffee shop directly across the street. Bed was comfy, decor was very cute. Loved chillin on the balcony and down by the fire pits. Pool was well maintained and very active.

Great place! Zach was so quick to respond and easy to work with. Very clear instructions and the place was the perfect location for us. Perfect walking distance to downtown - definitely recommend.

Really stunning apartment; the digital locks were a game changer, came for a few days for a girly road trip, really easy to get around Nashville and so nice to have a short safe walk home in the evening from the strip! Could not have picked a better location, the apartment was immaculate and really beautifully decorated with a comfy bed to match! The amenities in the condo were fabulous and it was great to laze by the pool for a few hours and there are communal BBQs too! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Had a little issue with WiFi and Forest was super quick to sort and discuss with us! 10/10 if you are looking to go to Nashville absolutely you need to stay here!

We had a long trip and grabbed Steven’s place for the night! We got in late and Steven was so helpful making sure we got there safely and got into the apartment. It is a beautiful space and had everything we needed for our quick trip!

Like others have said, Meredith’s place was immaculate and perfect! Everything was spotlessly clean. She had everything you could possibly need. The only thing I didn’t see was deodorant. It was simply amazing. Yeah, it can be noisy in the old building and yes the trains for run quite frequently, but it’s not enough to detract from this incredible apartment. I’ve stayed at countless hotels and Airbnb’s before, and this place was easily the best. We absolutely will book again the next time we finish Nashville.

We came to Nashville for a quick weekend for a friends birthday. We chose this location as it was just a quick car ride to Broadway, looked clean , affordable, and safe. It was all those things and more! Loved the floor to ceiling windows giving a great view of downtown Nashville and there was a great breakfast cafe just a couple walking blocks away called "Snooze Eatery" which is a must for breakfast if you stay here! We had everything we needed and the description was just as stated. Rafael was very responsive, even when I messaged him at the wee hours due to an early flight-- which was greatly appreciative! Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay close to Broadway but not on Broadway. Ubers were easy to get in this area.

Bekah’s place was super easy to find. The surrounding area was neat being right along the river and having the balcony to enjoy it. There was some construction near by, but was not an issue at all. Bekah’s place was perfect for what we came for. The walk to downtown was super easy and it wasn’t too crowded. It was a 20 minute walk. I could see how someone might be a little uncomfortable at night, if alone, but the two of us didn’t feel threatened and it was quite peaceful. It was overall a great location and nice place to stay. We would love to stay at Bekah’s place for our next visit to Nashville!

Was in town to see concert at The Brooklyn Bowl. This location was an easy 5 minute walk to venue. There was construction going on across the street that made getting into location a little difficult if using gps but not a big issue.

We had a wonderful stay in Nashville! Anthony’s apartment was exactly as advertised!! Extremely comfortable and felt like home!! The grounds are well kept and safe. Great location short Uber to broadway. We are walkers so we didn’t mind the mile trek to Whole Foods to stock up for the weekend. Lots of browsing while walking. Would totally recommend and would definitely stay again! Thanks for the memories!

We came to Nashville for my nephew’s graduation from Belmont University! Great time with family!

This Airbnb was an absolute hidden gem! David was amazing in planning and coordinating our stay! The condo was exactly how is was described and shown within the photos of the add! We were even able to communicate/coordinate a decorator to go into the unit and decorate prior to the brides arrival to add a little more celebration, but definitely not needed! The unit has great wall signs and decorations for photo ops! We will be sure to book again next time in Nashville!

I loved this place! It was the best location it could have been, and right next to the river trail for a scenic walk into Broadway. I loved how close it was to the Sounds Stadium and the new restaurants there. Also, Liz's touches were so thoughtful! It wasn't just normal stuff, she had cotton pads that I realized I had forgotten when I arrived and nice shampoos, and made sure that since we had to start the dishwasher to check out, it was an easy pod! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect house for my family as it was close to the venue we were attending for a wedding. The Host's were quick to respond throughout the entire booking process.

Highly recommend Matthew’s place! Beautiful area, nice and quiet. Everything we wanted to do in Nashville was close by and it was the perfect centralized location. The home is exactly as pictured and described. Perfect for groups of every size!

I had an amazing stay at Brody’s place in Nashville! The home was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Everyone had their own private space and the rooftop deck was phenomenal, even during the rain. Brody was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my stay. He even shared some great local recommendations that my family thoroughly enjoyed. The location was perfect: close to all the action downtown but still peaceful and relaxing. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville!

We loved this little place! Close to the lake, little walk to the dock but nothing too bad! Place was clean, and organized! They were super helpful with any questions or concerns that we had. We will be back again!! 10/10

We were in the area for a wedding, and this was a great place to stay especially compared to hotel prices. The place is fully equipped, spacious, clean, comfy, eccentrically decorated, and has an overall good vibe. The bed was extra cozy and I slept super well! Easy parking, check-in, and checkout. I recommend this stay to others.

This was hands down, the most beautiful airbnb I have ever been to. I have been out of the country plenty times, and to different states plenty of times. It was well stocked, had EVERYTHING you needed. Plenty of space. The pool was beautiful, hot tub, trampoline, a skate park, an actual park, a big beautiful lake, beautiful gazebo, a GYM. There is so many things to do. There was extra towels, blankets, wash rags, pool towls, coffee, condiments, anything you could possibly want or need was there. If you are EVER in this area, and need something extremely nice. Come here. Also, there is a double shower, with beautiful craftsmen shift. This was single handedly the BEST airbnb i've stayed at. It was very quiet, her puppies were so sweet, it was nice seeing them when we pulled up! The check-in was extremely easy as well. Easy to get in, no trouble at all. Please book with Lisa. She also replies extremely fast! This will be the best airbnb experience of your life.

We had a fantastic stay! Kristin gave us plenty of suggestions and always responded promptly to make sure we were comfortable! Best stocked snacks I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. You can tell she really takes provide in providing a great place and an even better experience!

This house was everything we needed for our stay and more. With 4 adults (2 couples) and 2 kids, everyone had their own space and their own bathroom which was a great plus. The furniture was modern, but cozy. The decor was very welcoming and peaceful. The stand out feature was the screened in deck with extra wide porch swing. My mom and I spent our mornings drinking coffee out there watching the sunrise and listening to the birds. The location is private with a good size backyard, but less than 10min from the grocery store and downtown Franklin. Karen was also extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. It was the perfect location for our stay.
