Orewa by the Beach - Coastal living

Centrally located at the heart of the famous Orewa beach in the Hibiscus Coast of North Auckland region, 200m distance from the surf beach and 350m from the entrance of the 8km estuary walk/cycle way. The shops, supermarkets , cafes, restaurants/bars, take aways and fast foods are 1km walk. Included in your stay is the unlimited use of canoes and paddle boards- life jackets provided. We only offer a quiet , comfortable room to stay in - Parties, visitors and binge drinking are not allowed.

The famous Orewa estuary walk/cycle track is also on your doorstep.

Located about 1km from nothern motorway, free on-premise parking with a bus stop right next to the house, where buses run every 30 mins. Stillwater Cutie

Stillwater is a peaceful village located 8km off State Highway 1 on the Hibiscus Coast. Known for its great community spirit and friendly boat club, Stillwater is also the start point for the popular Okura bush walk. Silverdale town centre is a 10 minute drive from Stillwater and hosts supermarkets, large chain stores, restaurants and smaller independent stores. Our little flat is connected to our main house and offers comfortable, basic amenities suitable for a stop-over or short stay.

Don't be fooled by the name, the NZ Summer house is idyllic all year round. Set on an equestrian lifestyle property down a quiet country lane. Open your bedroom doors to the relaxing pool area or private outdoor courtyard off the bedroom and enjoy a cup of coffee with the sounds of nature. 30 minutes from the CBD and close to award-winning restaurants, vineyards and the west coast beaches. Bring your walking shoes or bikes, we are within walking distance to the Riverhead forest.

Being a 200 meter short walk to the Silverdale shopping centre, many local restaurants and cafes, and all other facilities makes this an ideal location for a traveller to rest and recoup. You may also get out to explore Millwater, Stanmore Bay, the Silverdale Village and activities of Orewa beach.

It's a self-sufficient, off-grid retreat powered by solar and gas, so you can enjoy a comfortable stay while being environmentally conscious. Inside you'll find a small but well-equipped kitchen, an HDTV, DVD player for entertainment, books and board games for some old-fashioned fun.
