No Black Sewer on site. Gray water dumping for only $10.00 extra. Enjoy nature at our Berry Farm from walking thru our fields and woods and watch the days will fly by. EV car charges are extra. the fee is 20 Amps $15, 30 Amp is $20, and 50 Amp is $25 per day. ( Can have option of no electric for $12 in person)
