Grab lunch at the market and enjoy some small-town vibes, stop by the local winery, or just stay home and hang out on the private beach. Cornell is about 8 minutes away and IC is about 6 minutes away.

Living room has 2 daybeds. Entire space sleeps 4. Excellent WiFi & Cable TV. I will leave good quality bread, eggs, coffee & other breakfast items for you to cook. Pls. note that price will automatically reflect a fee of $30 per night for each additional guest after the first 2 guests.

Industrial vibes in a rural setting. This 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom home is brand new and professionally designed. The home features a new kitchen, 65" TV in the living room, comfortable beds, and two work-from-home stations with dual monitors. Dog friendly but were unable to host cats or other pets. *Our newly built home is 1/2 of a side-by-side duplex. Each home is extremely quiet and has fully private indoor and outdoor space so you get the most out of your rural getaway.

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. We are close to local state parks, waterfalls, hiking trails, entertainment, and shopping areas.
