All the conveniences you will need for your stay , a small kitchenette with a plug in cook top & an Air Fryer is provided for your convenience. (no oven available). If visiting patients at the Canossa Hospital we are directly opposite (1 minute walk)

Self-contained studio with its own patio

This is a new cosy flat in a nice and quite part of Kenmore. It is a part of two story Hampton style house. The unit has it own access, ensuite, Aircon reverse cycle and double bed. It has a small fridge and kitchenette so you can store food and prepare your meals. The washing machine is outside in the patio area. Five minute drive to Kenmore Plaza, Koala Santuary, and Centanary hightway. Nine km to Brisbane CBD. Bus stop to the City via Indooroopilly is about 900m away. Street parking.

Studio apartment in the heart of Graceville

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.

Our neighborhood is a tapestry of vibrant life, nestled amongst the whispering jacaranda trees, this charming neighborhood has everything to offer. Within few steps away from home, among embrace of lush greenery there are many narrow paths for your evening leisure stroll and children’s playground and BBQ area for both young and old to enjoy. Shops and restaurants are only a 10mins walk. 10mins walk to the train station will take you to the Brisbane CBD, Gold Cost or Sunshine Coast.

Peaceful Quiet, 2 Bedroom Guest House

My place is close to public transport and family-friendly activities, shopping centres and Pub at the top of the Road. Many Restaurants in this suburb and surrounds. You’ll love my place because of the ambience, the location, and the outdoors space. All species of birds visit and you can see kangaroos on any day. My place is good for couples or a family of four. This is a very quiet street, great for writing, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Our 2 bedroom granny flat sleeps 2 adults in the main bedroom and 3 adults/children in the 2nd bedroom with a double bunk and trundle bed. The home has a full kitchen, spacious bathroom and a comfortable lounge/dining area. It is very private with a locked entry, electric entry gate and a huge undercover outdoor entertainment area. Our home is popular with guests taking their dogs to local dog shows. We have added an 8m dog run and 2 kennels for use of visitors with pets.
