Kent Cottage is a detached two bedroomed cottage in the coastal village of Stoke Fleming, close to Dartmouth and just a 15-20 minutes walk from the award winning beach ‘Blackpool Sands’. The cottage is suitable for couples, single travellers, or small families with a child (over 2 yrs). There is a small courtyard garden, and garaged parking. Stoke Fleming is located on the SW Coast Path, and is an ideal base from which to explore South Hams - designated ‘An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’.

Royal Dart Yacht Club Cottage, Kingswear-Dartmouth

The Bolthole is a small cosy open plan studio with garden. Compact but carefully thought through for a comfortable stay. Set in the heart of Kingswear down from street level & opposite our other rental property it is opposite the creek & River Dart which are possible to see from the garden. A few mins walk to the passenger & car ferries for the short trip to Dartmouth. Perfect for the coastal path. Street parking is free a few minutes walk from the property & paid parking is in the marina.

Cosy converted granary set in quiet countryside

Beautifully converted granary, affording stunning views of the rolling countryside and plenty of outdoor space and parking to suit your needs. Equal distance from Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge, but importantly good reachable distance from the beach. The Granary, which is set upon a local bridle path is walking distance of the local pub and dogs are very welcome here. cosy nights by the wood burner or sipping wine by the fire pit after a long, lazy day at the near by beaches.

Tucked back just 150 metres from the wonderful hustle and bustle of the harbour, in the beautiful conservation area, and just a 2 minute walk to the quayside and southwest coastal path. Superb location to explore all that Brixham has to offer, yet well appointed and romantic to lure you back to relax and just be.

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.
