The host is proactively communicates. Friendly and the place was really great and peaceful. Will diff still rent this place when I comeback.

Seawind Condominium is very quite and good for relaxing place. Me and my friend have an amazing stay into ma'am Flor's unit. The place looks exactly like on the pictures and everything described is absolutely accurate. We have everything we may need for short long stay, including washing machine (which is not very common to see and a very nice touch). There amazing swimming pool, also ferry for Samal island is around 10 mins walk. Can recommend the place and the host with both hands up. Excellent value for the money. I will definitely book again if available on my next visits in Davao.

The place is new, nice and affordable. Fully furnished. It has everything you need in a condo unit(with pool and playground). The host is very responsive, kind and accommodating. She makes sure that all our concerns are addressed. Highly Recommendable!

As a foreigner with a fillipino partner we were greeted so respectfully from the first moment and were shown around the unit. All questions were answered immediately and clearly. The place was spotlessly clean and very inviting. The breathless views and beach at your back door was the highlight. We booked and stayed at Aiza's place, twice, last year (2024). Why? Because the place is clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and has the amenities we need. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located near eating and shopping areas. Best of all - Aiza is a very responsive host, addressing and resolving any concerns and questions we had. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

It's a nice stay. Accessible sya sa baganga public market which is 5 minutes away lang from the place. We got lost at first but the caretaker was kind enough to wait on us. As a WFH girlie, wala me masyado sleep because of the loud music put on by the neighbor which was close to the house kasi pumapasok talaga yung noise sa house but if you're not staying at the house and will only be there to sleep for a few hours and go out again then it's definitely a great choice! The only problem we encountered was the dog who was entering thru an open portion at the dirty kitchen. Lumalagabog during midnight because nagkakalkal ng basura 😭 That's it! WILL RECOMMEND THO AND STAY AGAIN 🫶🏻

We were met at the home by very helpful and pleasant relatives of the host. House was perfect, and as stated very close to the airport. There is a water park a very short drive away that our family enjoyed. All rooms have Aircon that work perfectly! The home is in a gated community, so there was a short walk to get outside the property to get a ride, but wasn’t bad. We would definitely say again!

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

Sebastian's place was absolutely breathtaking from the moment we arrived. The beautiful flowers that arched over the entrance, the unique rock walls of the home, and the open doors that led the eyes to the pool and then to the beautiful ocean ahead were all so picturesque that it almost felt like a dream. We loved the cozy spots around the property, the hammocks overlooking the ocean and the large poufs specifically were crowd favorites. The long table was also a central spot for good talks, laughs, and many memories. A special shoutout to Doods, who made our stay even better. He was so helpful, being our driver, helping us with our luggage, and generally being our guide around the place, making sure we were comfortable. One of my favorite memories was rediscovering sungka, a game I hadn’t played in years. It was the perfect way to wind down after a day of sun and sea. Overall, Mansud Shores felt more like returning to a (more luxurious) home. Warm, comfortable, and welcoming.

Great place to stay specially for big groups or with family. Convenient location as well .. hope to book again soon

My stay here was absolutely fantastic. The room was spotless and exactly like the photos. The blackout curtains let me sleep soundly every night, and the high-speed Wi-Fi was rock-solid for Zoom meetings. Debbie, the host, replied to every message within minutes. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I’ll definitely be back!

I admired Sir Adrian's home for its cozy interior and perfect color combination that exudes comfort. When I saw it on the Airbnb app, I booked it right away. Staying here truly feels like being at home. I highly recommend it for barkadas, couples, and solo travelers alike. Thanks, Sir Adrian, for making our stay special. Host is very responsive and replies to questions/inquiries within a couple of minutes. The unit is very cozy for a minimalist style. Walking distance to cafes, and restaurants, there’s also a convenience store a block from the building. The host is also very proactive to my needs as well. 5 out of 5 would recommend this place.

In my entire condo-renting experience, this is by far the best accomodation I've ever had. The place is way beyond your expectation. It's cozy, and clean and literally a home far away from home 🫰The best choice esp for those who wants home cooked meals. They have all the things you need when cooking. Great value for the price po yung condo, and communication with the host is always quick and easy. She was able to accommodate our late check-in which I really appreciate.
