Radiant heat, and a lovely view of the neighborhood and sometimes peek of the river. Free Roku , and Disney+! (no local channels) WiFi Kitchen cook wear, utensils and complementary coffee and tea with to go cups for early mornings. It's perfectly located along Brady Street, just minutes from the Adler Theater, the River Center, Palmer School of Chiropractic, Daytrotter Studios, Analog Arcade and the numerous restaurants, bars, and other entertainment venues located in the downtown area, and along the Mississippi River.

This apartment is a stand-alone unit, no shared walls or neighbors above or below, and is a private, quiet, comfortable space in the heart of Davenport. The apartment is exclusively yours during your stay, no sharing closet or bathroom space with the host's personal belongings. It's a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that was originally built as a caretaker's cottage. It is located behind my home, above my garage. Guests must be able to climb up 1 1/2 flights of stairs for access.
