Enjoy a clean and comfortable night in our 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment, located in downtown Davenport. This unit is a 3rd floor walk-up, reminiscent of those old Chicago buildings with the back balconies. It's perfectly located along Brady Street, just minutes from the Adler Theater, the River Center, Palmer School of Chiropractic, Daytrotter Studios, Analog Arcade and the numerous restaurants, bars, and other entertainment venues located in the downtown area, and along the Mississippi River.

This apartment is a stand-alone unit, no shared walls or neighbors above or below, and is a private, quiet, comfortable space in the heart of Davenport. The apartment is exclusively yours during your stay, no sharing closet or bathroom space with the host's personal belongings. It's a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that was originally built as a caretaker's cottage. It is located behind my home, above my garage. Guests must be able to climb up 1 1/2 flights of stairs for access.

Eagle watching in the winter is always entertaining while relaxing in the hot tub. This 1+ acre property is tucked away on a private dead end street, yet close to many great restaurants and shopping. This modern 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is a block away from the tugfest parade route. A barnyard turned farmhouse in the 1940’s, this home completely remodeled with the modern farm charm it has today. In town for a day or several, enjoy outdoor amenities, a lighted deck, outdoor couch, and table. Inside, a modern LED fireplace mixed with rustic beauty.

The cottage is surrounded by cornfields in the heart of an Iowa farming community, yet not far town on a paved road (55 mph) . Enjoy wide open vistas in privacy. Easy drive to Mississippi River, shopping and restaurants.
