Interstates close by as well as the world famous Bluebird Cafe. Can walk to: Get your favorite Starbucks drink, the best mall in the Nashville area (The Green Hills Mall). Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Kroger, Walgreens, CVS, Donut Den (you will thank me later), any type of workout facility you need (Yoga, Cardio, Weights,). Also close are gyms and heath centers, plus the famous Bluebird Cafe. Downtown and Broadway venues are an easy 4-mile drive. Space to park in the driveway. Uber and Lyft are great options getting around Nashville, if you don't have a car. You will enjoy taking a jog, run or walk on nearby Belmont Blvd. The apartment has a totally separate entrance. Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!
