Who hasn't dreamt of glitter floors in their home? Well, my husband for one- but I convinced him to give me 400 sq ft to convert into a quirky, colorful, boho paradise. You'll have your own private entry/parking, & no need to worry about sharing space with us. You'll have a new queen sized helix bed, & if you brought friends-they can have the queen sized sofa bed. A kitchenette with retro fridge, microwave & basic utensils should suffice in heating up your yummy Nashville leftovers or take out!

Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

We invite you to stay in our downstairs 1 bedroom apartment which was completely renovated in 2024. The space includes a kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom with Queen-sized bed (+sofa bed in living room), and has a private entrance on the side of our home. We live upstairs with our 6-year old daughter and dog. We're live in a great neighborhood that is centrally located a short walk to Hillsboro Village, 12 South, Belmont & Vanderbilt Universities, restaurants, coffee shops, and a supermarket.
