The Russell House is a CHIC and COZY retreat in the heart of East Nashville's hip 5 Points neighborhood (home to the famed Tomato Art Festival). This apartment is located at the top of our backyard carriage house, just steps away from a bustling neighborhood center…more than 30 restaurants and 50 shops are within a 10-minute walking distance! We also have free, gated, off-street parking for one car up to the size of an F-150. 10 MINS drive to Broadway, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone!

The Gulch and downtown areas are 6-8 minutes away.

A bright and open luxury artisan guest space. Custom-built and complete with a full kitchen, loft bedroom, work space, fireplace, bespoke wallpaper and local art throughout. As natural light pours through tall windows and skylights, the Gwyneth is the perfect space for an intimate Nashville getaway with a girlfriend or partner, or an inspirational solo retreat. For both safety and cleanliness reasons, the space is not considered suitable for pets or children.
