We are located on Daytona Beach a 1 minute walk through the pool area to be on the beach. You cannot beat this ocean view. This Studio has been completely remodeled in October 2024. Enjoy the new 75" TV and the oversized comfortable chair with ottoman. The table allows for dining and also for working. Spend time on the balcony overlooking the ocean and also with a view of our giant pool. It's the best place for people watching! Also enjoy many flocks of Pelicans flying by the unit each day

We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Daytona has been hit by hurricanes. The amenities on the resort are all closed. Therefore the pools, gym, tiki bar and restaurant are closed. We have adjusted the prices accordingly. The studio faces west and has a sunset city view. One queen bed and a full sleeper sofa bed. Clean and stocked with beach toys, chairs, umbrella and lots more! Very close to multiple restaurants and bars. This is a non-smoking resort, strictly enforced with a $250 fine.
