Please note! This house is located on a quiet park where other people also relax and live, and is absolutely not a party destination. We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Met het openbaar vervoer voor de deur bent u rechtstreeks in 20 min. bij de Arena / Ziggodome en in 40 min. naar Amsterdam of Utrecht centrum. Boek nu een bijzonder huisje midden in het pittoreske dorp Amsterdam-Abcoude. Geheel nieuw ingericht, sfeervol huisje met een oppervlakte van ca. 55 m2 verdeeld over twee verdiepingen met parkeerplaats op eigen terrein. “De Automaat” is van alle gemakken voorzien.
