Experience the joy of staying in an off grid solar powered house. This modern light filled 2 bedroom house with open plan living area offers spectacular ever changing views down the valley and across the sea to Kangaroo Island. The house stands alone on 2.5 acres. Secluded and private country property with 'walled' secret garden, olive grove, orchard, native and exotic trees. Generous living area with polished wooden floors throughout, a cook's kitchen and floor to ceiling glass doors. The main bedroom opens onto the deck and the garden beyond or the stars above. Enjoy the hot water outdoor shower under the sun or stars. (yes, we do also have an indoor shower) Watch the wildlife - native birds, kangaroos and the occasional echidna through the floor to ceiling picture window. There is also a resident family of hares. A short drive to Morgans Beach at Cape Jervis, Second Valley and Rapid Bay beaches. Discover the varied walks within Deep Creek Conservation Park with its stunning coastal scenery, or explore beyond to Tunkalilla, Waitpinga and Parsons Beaches along Range Rd to Victor Harbor. Visit the beautiful Raywood Nursery growing and selling exotic and native plants 5mins away on Tappanappa Rd, with a 1000yr old Grass tree in the carpark growing near the carpark. Closed Tuesday & Wednesdays. We have a dam on the property, which may or may not have water, so parents with young children will need to supervise them at all times.

Unwind and chill at our modern holiday house just a 2- minute walk from the beach. Enjoy comfy king or single beds, a full kitchen, 6-person heated outdoor hot tub, outdoor shower, split system air-conditioning, 2 Lounge Rooms, BBQ and Gozney Pizza Oven with seating outdoors, Disney, Netflix and Prime on a large TV + unlimited Wi-Fi. Located opposite the Yilki Park, play a round of cricket, kick the footy or take your fury friend for a walk. Pets allowed in all areas except on beds and lounges.

Come and relax at 'Taronga' - a five minute walk to Carrickalinga’s pristine beach - one of SA’s most beautiful stretches of coast. Our home is large and well-appointed - it offers space, privacy and all creature comforts. There's a slow combustion fire for the cooler months (we provide wood ), a fully equipped kitchen, multiple lounge areas, outdoor eating/deck with Webber BBQ, a dedicated TV room, 2 bathrooms, and a laundry. You'll also find free WIFI, board games, books and table tennis!

Island Burrow is perfectly situated on the edge of Penneshaw town among beautiful she-oaks. Experience the natural beauty of Kangaroo Island, with bush and ocean views from the deck and a 10minute walk to the pristine town beach. Enjoy visits from kangaroos, wallabies, Glossy Black Cockatoos and the occasional echidna. The house itself is unique and thoughtfully styled with quality furnishings and artwork to reflect the colours of the picturesque surrounds. Come relax and enjoy island life!

This perfectly furnished home links style with comfort to create a space that families, couples and friends can all enjoy. The master bedroom, kitchen and living areas have beautifully captured the stunning backdrop of Penneshaw Beach and the ocean views of Backstairs Passage and brought it into the home. The flow of the house runs effortlessly from the kitchen through the living area and onto the deck creating an ideal environment for entertaining, while the bedrooms offer adequate privacy.

Coles and Aldi are just up the road, and the town of Victor is only a 5 min drive, to local cafes and restaurants . Middleton is a 10 min drive as is Horseshoe Bay.

Saltwater Holiday House

Saltwater is a purpose-built holiday house located on 20 ha (50 acres) of bushland overlooking the tranquil waters of Pelican Lagoon. Completed in 2019, the house is light-filled and airy, with north-facing windows and deck capturing the winter sun and wonderful views of the lagoon and surrounding bush. The house is simply but tastefully decorated with bamboo flooring, comfortable furnishings and beds, a well equipped kitchen and spacious living area. The nearest neighbors are 1 km away.

Kestrels Nest - a luxurious couples retreat

This beautifully renovated shack set on the sand in the Aldinga Scrub Conservation Park has been lovingly styled with luxury in mind – it’s the perfect couples retreat to feel inspired, cosy up and reconnect. Enjoy ocean views from our hut on the dune, bath soaks under the stars and lazy days on the deck.

A comfy home located in historic and charming Willunga. It is a short 1 minute walk to High Street with cafes, local pubs, galleries, markets including the popular Willunga Farmer's Market. McLaren Vale wineries are nearby and beautiful beaches adorn our coast. 3 Peaks Haus is a recently built home. The large front yard and courtyard is surrounded by a beautiful garden that provides private sanctuary and local bird habitat.

Infinity Beach House Kangaroo Island

Situated on the water's edge on incredible Kangaroo Island, you can marvel at the abundance of local wildlife including kangaroos, dolphins, penguins and much more all from your private deck. Infinity is located five minutes out of Penneshaw where the ferry docks, and is 200 metres from the quaint Christmas Cove Marina. This Marina is perfect for the keen fisherman or if you have your own boat to launch.
