Living rm has a pull out queen bed. No parties.

As soon as you enter the suite you'll be welcome with that clean & cozy home feeling! Your comfort is my top priority! You’ll enjoy superior rest in the comfortable queen size bed that guests rave about! While this guest room is attached to the main home, there is no direct access, ensuring you’ll have complete privacy.

Welcome to your private guest suite, created from a thoughtful garage conversion that’s attached to our home. You’ll have your own entrance with driveway parking right next to the door( check-in). The suite is set in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, giving you privacy while still being part of a family home. For comfort, air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled from our side of the home. We keep the temperature within 72 - 76 summer. Gladly adjust to your comfort.

This studio is located 20 miles northwest of Bakersfield (10 minutes from the 99 Freeway using hwy 46 turnoff) and 20 minutes from Interstate 5 Freeway. It is perfect for the out-of-town worker on assignment or guest that is visiting family in the area. PLEASE VIEW THE PICTURES VERY CAREFULLY. OUR PLACE DOES REQUIRE YOU TO CLIMB THE LADDER TO GET TO THE BED.
