Ark of Denmark, Due South

River’s End Retreat

For couples wanting a romantic escape. Relax and unwind in this bespoke Tiny House overlooking the Kalgan River. Located on 30ac we are a small working farm. Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

We are 3kms from Denmark town which has a great variety of coffee shops/cafes and homeware shops/galleries, 5kms from Ocean Beach and close driving distance to wineries, and areas of natural beauty such as Greens pool and Elephant rocks. We are amongst many walking/cycling tracks which will suit families and adventurers alike.

Centrally located self-contained 1 Bed Studio with private bathroom, kitchenette and laundry. Next to a Karri reserve with outdoor sitting area. Easy 5 min walk into town with private entrance and plenty of parking. Everything two people need for a relaxing Denmark base. Features reverse cycle AC, queen bed, smart tv, lounge, tea/coffee, cereals, filtered water, BBQ, games, books & gym. The Studio is adjacent to the main house but private at the front of the property, you won't be disturbed.

This spacious open-plan home offers Wifi, reverse-cycle air conditioning in the main space, timber flooring, a huge kitchen, 4 large bedrooms all with flooring and 2 bathrooms with full laundry facilities. There is room to park up to 4 cars on the driveway. If you need to work from home and make the most of NBN connection, you can settle in the main bedroom's computer nook.
