Just lovely. Great WiFi, very modern and everything we needed. It was very clean and well set up with an awesome little guide about the house and surroundings! The host left out dog water bowl and food bowl and put out a dog blanket for us, which was very thoughtful. Will definitely be back.

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

One of our best experiences with Airbnb. Jessica is a fantastic host, with recommendations for restaurants well in advance our stay to meeting her in the bookstore. A very unique experience, which was exactly what I was liking for. The Book Nook is full of light and spacious for a couple looking for a getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked with what you may need to dine in. We did take advantage of the kitchen our first night. The bed and linens are very comfortable. Not something I can say for most of our Airbnb stays. There is an abundance of books throughout and being a book junkie I found this quite nice. A longer stay may have us sitting outside reading a book or two. We really appreciated being able to stay at the Book Nook and look forward to returning.

What a wonderful weekend I just had on Cape Cod! Patty was such an amazingly gracious and generous hostess. Very responsive and her place was absolutely adorable. Well equipped and in perfect walking distance to my favorite beach on the Cape. I could not have asked for a more tranquil location. I will definitely be coming back as soon as I can! We had a very comfortable 5 night stay there in mid-August 2024. The place was as advertised with off-street parking. It is walking distance to downtown Falmouth and is conveniently located. The apartment was clean and attractive. The beds were comfortable. They were very responsive hosts!

Was delightfully surprised how much my expectations were surpassed. The cottage was not only extremely clean but provided with ample amenities all within a quaint and demure village environment. We were within walking distance to the beach and a quick drive to the ferry and always enjoyed coming back after all our adventures throughout the day. Will highly recommend this location to anyone visiting!

Stef was very responsive and helpful. Let me plug my car in and loaned a tool for my bike. House is very close to bike path which was lovely. Apartment is clean, quiet, and had everything I needed.

We had a wonderful week visiting familiar places and exploring new ones. Mary was a great hostess and the downstairs apartment more than met our simple needs. Quiet. Easy to find. Close to good restaurants and beaches. And the flock of turkeys that strolled through the yard occasionally were entertaining.

We came out for a few days exploring the Cape Cod area, our stay was perfect. Quiet, peaceful, and a short walk to the beach. We had a lot of great recommendations from Arthur of where to eat, markets nearby, and things to do. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable.

Enjoyed my weekend getaway here! It had everything I needed - the bed was clean and comfortable and the host was very responsive. The location is great it's near lots of things to do especially if you're visiting in the summer. The place was clean and tidy and there were fresh eggs from the chickens which was a nice touch.

Our initial place was actually freezing cold, with the thermostat showing 32F, the toilet tank frozen and no running water (pipes proably were frozen). It was likely the previous gueset had turned off the heat. Adam immediately responded to our questions and concerns and offered up another location which turned out to be great. We had a great time after the initial shock and thank the host for addressing the problem so quickly and effectively.

We had a lovely time! The place was very clean, modern, and comfortable. It was easy to get to areas from Eastham to Provincetown. Can’t wait to stay again!

Kristin's place was the perfect winter getaway I was looking for. It is a nice cozy place right on the lake with views from each room including the bedroom- so I could wake up to the view! The kitchenette had all the items I needed for my short stay and the place was modern yet cozy and very clean! Kristin was very kind and helpful and graciously accommodated several requests I had to make me feel at home and work with my schedule. I would definitely stay here again and think this is a perfect place in every season!

The Perch is adorable! Well designed, well equipped, and immaculate. Jim and Vanessa were kind, informative, responsive, and proactive. They not only accept dogs, they truly welcomed ours. We would happily go back and we will recommend them to others.

Lori's place was fantastic, and she and her husband made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The house was amazing and very relaxing; it truly felt like home. I don't typically write reviews, but I had to because my family and I were truly amazed. We'll be recommending Lori's place to all our family and friends visiting the Cape. With Onset Beach just down the street and a short drive to the Cape, you don't have to go far to enjoy a beautiful beach.

Great for families. The kids loved the indoor pool, the calm beach and the activity center (puzzles, games, other families and kids, hot dog and ice cream socials). The staff at the hotel were friendly and had lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. The room was comfortable and clean, with a kitchenette and there was a community kitchen to cook meals down the hall. Towels, lounge chairs , and daily maid service were included. Next time, I will bring eye masks as it’s very bright in the morning through the blinds and a fan to circulate the air conditioning into the bedroom. Thank you Diane for hosting us- we had a great time!

We had an awesome spring break staying at Jenny and Ania’s place in Dennis Port! The house was super cute, clean, and had everything we needed for a chill, kid-friendly getaway. It was in a great spot—quiet neighborhood, right on beach and fun spots to explore. Heated pool and hot tub were a blast with my son. Jenny and Ania were great—really easy to communicate with and super helpful. Check-in was simple, and they had some great local tips. My kid loved it too, which says a lot! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Loved staying here for long weekend with my dog. Accomodations were clean, quiet, comfortable. Tina was very helpful and friendly. Location was peaceful yet close to many restaurants, walking trails, the beach. We would love to stay again!
