Step back in time and find rest and relaxation without sacrificing modern conveniences. The Chesteen is named after Chesteen Wildes, the current owner's great grandfather. Built in 1890.

There is so much to love about this charming little house! It was built in 1905 and has many original features such as 11ft ceilings, hardwood floors and multiple built in fireplaces. Yet it also has a few modern day updates such as the fully stocked, island kitchen; the best of both worlds! You can enjoy your morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch and grill dinner under the string lights on the back deck where we have a cute, fenced in back yard! Built in the 1930’s as one of the Irwinville Farms project houses, it served originally as home to project farmer Randolph Martin, his wife Estelle, and their children, Frances, Betty, and Jimmy. The house and farm are still owned and operated today by descendants of the Martin family.
