This house is a bit of a unicorn. A gorgeous, restored/updated carriage house on a 1-acre urban farm/garden just a block from one of the hippest neighborhoods in Denver (1.5 miles from downtown). You can walk to dozens of top-notch restaurants and shops and come back home to utter tranquility as you sit on your porch overlooking our gardens, orchard, and vineyard. We also have a brand new regulation Pickleball court! Guests are welcome to share the harvest seasonally. Open to dogs, no cats.

The space is clean with a bedroom, living room, bath, laundry and kitchenette Wifi, cable, coffee. It is in the basement of our home. There are interior stairs with a privacy door at the top. The Basement Apt has it's own Private Exterior Entrance. .
