Just a twenty minute drive south west of Norwich, the Old Rectory is the perfect bolthole from which to discover Norfolk or just drop in on neighbouring Lotus Cars. From the well-appointed, private and spacious first floor annex in the West Wing of the house, guests are encouraged to explore our five-acre property comprising woodland, meadow and traditional walled garden. Whether you are single or travelling as a couple, the Old Rectory can offer you respite, privacy and comfort away from home.

Chestnut Lodge

Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. The Lodge is on a quiet lane a perfect base where you can go on walks and explore beautiful norfolk

The Lodge at Lyng Mill

Peaceful, rustic and romantic lodge in the grounds of an 18th century mill house on the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river or light the wood burner, get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Lodge sits in a wooded area underneath a giant red cedar tree. It is also on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.

A newly converted barn sleeping up to 4 (flexible bedroom twin or king plus dbl sofa in lounge ) , complete with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table & outdoor seating area. There are blackout blinds & a comfy seating area. Outside, enjoy the animals.

Lovely pubs with food nearby. Golf, fishing and clay pigeon shooting within a few minutes' drive.

Poppy Cottage

Poppy Cottage is situated in the rural village of Helhoughton, North Norfolk, England. Close to the historic market town of Fakenham and situated within 20 minutes of the Coast and Sandringham Estate. Kings Lynn is 30 minutes drive away and the fine City of Norwich 40 minutes. Helhoughton is ideal for country walks, cycling and that get away from it all experience. Lovely pubs in neighbouring villages and only four miles from Fakenham Racecourse.

Poppy Gig House

A countryside retreat, Poppy Gig House was fully renovated in 2016 to the highest standards while still retaining lots of original charm and character. Set in Meeting Hill a Hamlet of the historical village of Worstead. Located just a short drive to the North Norfolk coast and Norfolk Broads. It is in an excellent position for walking or cycling with direct access to a network of footpaths and the popular long distance footpath of Weavers Way.

Lovely Studio Flat in Central Norwich

This is a private studio flat with en-suite bathroom and kitchen on the second floor of our central house. It is newly renovated with brand new appliences. This self-contained studio has a kitchen, mini fridge, glass stove, mini oven, microwave, toaster, slow cooker and a kettle. The studio has a Hemnes Ikea bed that can be setup as a single or king size bed upon request. We can accommodate a third guest on a convertible two-seater.

The Buttery at the Grove, Booton

This quirky cottage with two double bedrooms is connected to the Grade II listed farmhouse, but has its own private entrance. The Buttery has been sensitively refurbished, retaining many original features. The setting is one of the real charms, and guests are welcome to enjoy a walk around the grounds. There is also a tennis court, available by arrangement. The west garden is set aside for guests to sit outside.

The Old School Lodge, sleeps 4-with parking

This beautiful 1863 annexe to the Victorian Old School enjoys a very unique, spacious and private area for 4 people. Located in a conservation area in Lyng, you are ideally placed to visit the historic city of Norwich or the wonderful North Norfolk coastline. The village offers idyllic walks and also benefits from a local shop and The Fox pub, all within walking distance.
