Private acreage - citrus on property (lemons/grapefruit/tangelos). Desert landscaping with an abundance of rabbits, quail, doves, and lovebirds. Limited street lighting provides amazing star gazing! Open and covered parking. Magazines (AZ Highways) and books on Arizona points of interest, hiking, fishing, skiing, climbing, etc. Laundry facilities on site. Smoking is allowed outdoors away from the buildings. Centrally located - easy access to freeways, many golf courses, excellent restaurants, world class shopping -Kierland, Biltmore, Scottsdale Fashion Square. Close to all Scottsdale/Phoenix events: BARRET JACKSON and GOOD GUYS car shows, SPRING TRAINING! PHOENIX OPEN! ARABIAN HORSE SHOW! If you do not have a car...or would prefer not to drive...Uber and Lyft are excellent! Five bicycles available for use - great bike path routes throughout Scottsdale. Many hiking trails to choose from - all close by. Bicycle paths - 5 bikes to use.
